I would giveno stars if possible these worked great for the first couple of months bit now no one can hear me on phone calls and considering this is most of what I need and use them for they are completely useless and a great waste of money now I will have to fork out more money for another pair of earbuds that actually work

The clip-on design takes some getting used to, and initial wear can be uncomfortable. I found the sweet spot after a few days, but larger ears might struggle. They stayed secure during movement, but the pressure on the ear cartilage could be bothersome for extended periods. The audio quality is excellent, even in noisy environments. Music and podcasts sound crisp and clear, with a surprising amount of bass for open earbuds. The "immersion" modes are a neat gimmick but don't significantly enhance the experience. However, call quality was a major letdown. My voice sounded muffled and distant to callers, making them a less ideal choice for frequent calls. The battery life is quite impressive, lasting for over 7 hours of continuous use. Charging is quick, and the case offers convenient top-ups. Feature-wise, they're fairly basic, with limited controls and the Bose Music App causing initial connectivity issues. Aesthetically speaking, the design is very distinct, setting them apart from traditional earbuds. The open ear design is unconventional and received varied reactions, with some finding the design interesting while others described them as odd. Thinking back to a popular "pod" style earbud, its not uncommon for innovative designs to challenge expectations. Cons- Phone calls sound like you’re in a wind tunnel and it’s difficult to hear even if you’re inside. If you play your music louder, people next to you can easily hear it. Pros - they are very comfortable and do not come off of your ears.

The sound quality is okay but the mic was really bad Even in indoors -- it wasn't able to pick up

Love how I do not have to take out my Earphones or use transparency mode which decreased my battery consumption on my other buds. so these are amazing and hardly notice they are on.

Great earbuds, I dont have to worry about loosing them! I need to buy another pair , so that I can have a spare on hand when the battery needs charging. Sometimes I forget that I have them on!

Iam having a lot of trouble putting this on and I have to hold it on my ear to hear the music but that's the only way I can hear the sound which is awesome

Excellent sound light they look nice BUT they stop working still connected to the phone but no sound on call or music you need so very annoying that you answer a call and no response im a samsung user i dont think this should be an issue still Bluetooth l....

After 3 months of use the battery died and did not charge anymore ,The sound quality is good but the environment has to be silent

They are super convenient but Bose products for the ear NO Base!!!! As usual. When I think Bose I think clean, clear, and base. How they say substance!!! I want to hear every instrument

It will not fit in my ears. Perhaps the rim of my ears are a bit thicker than average - but not by much. I felt like the buds will not sit correctly in my ears no matter how many times I repositioned them. Unfortunately, these buds only come in one size. So if your ears are a bit larger than average, you may run into the same issue as me. Due to this, the quality of the sound didn't sound to great to me (But I think if they sat in my ear correctly, it probably would've sounded better). I really hope that Bose can make these buds in a larger size - because I was really looking forward to owning them. I decided to return mine.

Great item! A little expensive but well worth it. The noise canceling is awesome.

Returned as they didn’t work with my TV. Box said made for MAC and IPhone; will work with Android. That's not totally true. It linked to my ZPhone but didn’t link to my TV. You need to identify this in the sales advert so I won't waste my time and money having to return them.

For $300 these earbuds should be above Apple Airpod quality. The audio did not blow me out of the water. The call quality is terrible! I attempted to return them but was told I was past the window which might not even have been true. I'm so upset that I let an employee who most likely could have cared less tell me this was a good option. Do your own research.
