They hurt your ears after some time, when I take them off, my ears are red. I’m very disappointed in the quality. This is my first time being disappointed by the product Bose. Too Many Issues

I couldn’t even get through 30 minutes without them messing up like that. I had to return them. Definitely not worth the frustration. It’s a known issue…which I didn’t know before I purchased.

I get these are better for your ears but you dont want others hearing your conversation or music

This causes the sound to not properly get to your ear. The audio quality was that of something far cheaper. I usually love Bose products but they have seemed to gradually go down in quality with each new item.
