Based on complaints ive read, my expectations were low. Honestly, they quickly became my daily buds. Immersive audio is quite impressive but a lil harder on battery life. You get about 4.5-5 hrs with immersive and auto-volume. Stereo mode sounds really good too, and gives you almost 8 hrs of battety life at a comfortable volume. I rarely talk on the phone, so i can’t speak on the quality of phone calls. However, for music and podcasts while working with the public, these things are great!

I love all these reviews about people talking about noise, cancellation, and how it doesn’t work. Lol these are designed not to have noise cancellation that’s why they’re called open ear they’re designed so you can hear the outside noise. People giving these one star ratings because of that are absolutely clueless. Sun quality is great and if you read the instructions on how to get the right fit, you’ll understand it is loud enough. Read the description and the instructions people.

Depending on your need, these are idea. I wear Sony in-ear hearing aids and, obviously, can’t all wear in-ear earbuds at the same time. These Bose Open-Ear Earbuds solve my problem. I can wear them along with my hearing aids and enjoy good quality sound wherever I go.

It doesn't pair well with HP OmniBook X. It's on and off as it goes. I bought white smoke and it more like dark grey.

Ive had many different "open ear buds/phones" none of them comes CLOSE to this. Great sound quality with situational awareness?!??! YES PLEASE! I will recommend for people wanting good aound quality without losing awareness of running, walking, at work or ever in your comfort spot.

Battery life is great, they charge fast and I don’t feel the weight. I’m also impressed with the sound quality.

I purchased these headphones for my mother in law and she LOVES them. She didn’t want headphones that go into your ear as that bothers her ears so this was a great alternative and they don’t fall off.

These were working great. Great sound and unique design. They suddenly started dropping the connection for a couple days. However an update that was pushed down fixed the issue. Hopefully there are not more issues to come.

I love the way they sit on your ears, and love the concept of not having something in your ear. I work in a semi noisy environment however, which make these earbuds useless. The volume on phone calls is extremely low, I tried every setting on both my phone and the Bose app and nothing could make them loud enough to have a conversation. For $300 I expect to be able to use them for more than just listening to music.

The sound quality is amazing, and im still able to hear people around me but at the same time its very easy to tune people out even though theyre open ear !

Great for being able to listen and also be aware of surroundings, Not good for Noisy restaurants and Loud events in Gyms or etc.
