I also appreciate how seamlessly they switch between devices. If you have two phones, for example, they automatically connect to whichever one you’re using without any hassle. However, the biggest drawback is the sound quality in noisy environments. While they perform well in quiet settings, it’s hard to hear anything clearly when there’s a lot of background noise. Good sound Quality, but poor mic quality

I’m not sure if it’s due to the microphone’s placement, but the person’s voice sounds distant when speaking. Despite this, the sound quality and comfort are some of the best I’ve tried. Without a doubt, it’s a good option if you prioritize sound quality.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call, so please ensure they are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

Fit caused issues

I dont know if my earlopes are too big on the part the headphones go, but they just didnt feel secure and the volume was very low. I could only hear my music if the volume was turned up about 80% full volume. Anything less than 50% and i couldnt hear it, unless i pushed the speaker part down into my ear. The sound quality for when i could hear it was great. For me it was just the fit that caused issues. I had to return.

Sound and Bass is great!!!

Have bought Beats, Apple, Sony and one it would hurt or fall off. This have never fall or hurt. It the best I have ever got.

They’re easy to slip on without the discomfort of most earpieces going into the ear canal. I brought the Bose charging case which is small and convient to carry around and keep your headphones charged the whole day.

Horrible customer service

They're very comfy and they sound great but I lost one of the earbuds on campus, which was entirely my fault. When I contacted their support to try to purchase a replacement earbud they informed me that they are factory paired and it is impossible to purchase a replacement. The only option they gave me was to purchase a new one at full price. After some discussion they did offer me a one-time discount to purchase a new set. However the purchase price was based on their original MSRP not what I purchased it which would have still been more expensive than what I paid at Best buy. I recommend avoiding any earbuds like these if this is their standard protocol.

Great sound quality even though it’s open ear and these buds stay secured even during work outs and are very comfortable. These are excellent when it’s important to hear ambient sound while listening to music and they are also very innovative in styling and get noticed a lot.

Also no one knows they are earbuds they just assume they are earings

These are the first wireless ear pods I've owned that never fall out, even when I'm running. They're definitely worth the hefty price tag. The sound quality is exactly what you'd expect from Bose—no complaints there.

I do find the to be very comfortable now . The sound quality is good and excellent battery life. Very easy to connect to your phone or tablet. I also found out they have a pretty good range for connectivity from your device before break up starts
