She has been using them for about 4 months now and raves about how comfortable they are to wear. She cannot stand the earbuds that push into your ears and didn't want to go with an over the ear headset, so she found these on the best buy website and put it on her Christmas list... they were spendy BUT, worth every penny. They are amazing

But I didn't like the button controls. Only 2 buttons and a lot of options. I feel like they are trying to do to much I was never able to get the volume down to work only up. And for what you pay for them I honestly wasn't that impressed

I know they obviously won't be to the level of a noise canceling headset, but the conolaints I got while on the phone with them forced a retun. With the price being that premium, I expected more from them.

I was honestly looking for a pair of headphones to sleep in since I have awful insomnia and a certain playlist helps and I cant wear these for more than maybe an hour before my ears start to ache. Maybe its because I have fresh piercings but I thought this would be better for that since they wouldnt sit too close to them unlike my sony ear buds. These hurt enough that I might try the huawei ones. Not sure but unfortunately these are going back. They look nice but man they dont feel good at all. I have small ears too. The sound is not bad at all for open ears. I dudnt lovr it at first but it is good for open ears. Sound usually isnt the priority for this style anyway

Please note that these earbuds are not specifically designed for sleep purposes. However, it's usually fine to use the Ultra Open Earbuds during everyday use if you have piercings; if your piercings touch the earbuds, that’s okay as long as the earbuds remain comfortable and secure. I had hope since other bose products purchased have worked well. Though these were so light I sometimes forgot they were on my ear, it did not make up for the poor sound quality.

I love the style it kinda make it look like it’s a pair of earrings. The sound I would rate it a 7 out 10 it could be a bit louder and have a bit more bass. My issue was the price I don’t think they are worth the price $90-100 is a better price point for them.

Purchased these for my wife who just started using them a few months ago and now the left side is not charging. I have inspected and cleaned the terminals but no luck, maybe a bad battery? Currently looking for the box in order to return them.
