As far as comfort and sound for music they were awesome! But using for the newest iPhone wasn’t so great. There was no noise cancellation so anyone I talked to could hear all the noise I was doing around me.

These buds are amazing. Lightweight and they basically hook onto your ear and not into your ear canal, which always gave me pain after a while.

I love these. They are comfortable and easy to wear. I can hear the world around me while on walks around town. Only downside is terrible mic while on phone calls.

At 1st was a little skeptical.. but the sound is great! They’re very comfortable, the 1 st couple of wears I had to get used to them.

The airbuds tend to pinch the ear after wearing for 30-60 minutes. Also have had a couple times where the right and left buds take awhile to sync to each other

These ear buds have been fantastic. They can be worn for my entire work day without any discomfort.

Where have these earbuds been all my life? I absolutely love the open-ear design—it lets me enjoy videos while still being fully present with my kids. I can shield them from any questionable language without missing a moment with them or my entertainment.

The sound quality from the Bose system is amazing and the comfort is equally great. Thinking of getting another one.

I ended up buying 3 because my son loved his so i bought one each for my other daughters! Convenient-easy to carry and works great!!

I got these earbuds for my daughter on her birthday but regrettably she asked me to return them. I am a big fan of the Bose name but in spite of the sound quality she claimed they were too heavy on her ears and uncomfortable.

For Bose, this is an excellent price with quality sound. It is awesome for everyday workout including running.

I like the openness of the headphones but long term wear it hurts the ears a bit soreness to it because it clips tight. But it sounds great and loud enough to be able to be aware of your surroundings.

These are perfect for hearing your audio while being tuned in to the outside world. Bose sounds quality is great!

Great earbuds. I have trouble keeping regular earbuds in and I don’t have any problems with these. They don’t hurt my ears even after listening for hours.

Love these! From years of wrestling I slightly have cauliflower ear, which means I have to be very picky with earbuds. These fit perfectly in my ear. Great purchase.

I think that this is an amazing idea that Bose has come up with as far as design. However, the technology of the earbuds when it comes to talking on the phone is crap! it sounds like the person is far away, muffled, and there are even times that I cannot hear the person. I wanted to return these because for the money I feel like it should all flow!! Whether I am listening to music or speaking on the phone the sound quality should be considering the brand and again the money. Unfortunately Best Buy has a 15 day return policy (which is stupid) and I could not return this product, so now I am stuck with an expensive product that I don't want. I would have just purchased headphones or a speaker from this brand instead! I guess I expected so much more out of Bose!

[Employee of bestbuy] I bought these as a christmas gift for my mom because she has a hard time with regular ear buds hurting her ears and is not a fan of over the ear headphones either. These clip onto the side of your ear and dont sit down inside eliminating the uncomfortably she experiences with traditional buds. She will even forget she’s wearing them. She absolutely loves them.
