Because of their unique cuff-like design, finding the right placement is key to getting both the best comfort and stability. We recommend sliding the barrel up or down behind your ear until it feels secure and the speaker is angled directly toward your ear canal. The volume for me is not loud enough. When I attempt to adjust the earbuds, they go back how they were and my volume goes back down. They might work better for others, but not as well for me.

But when I use them for phone calls, the person on the other end can’t hear me well and sometimes not at all. It’s a shame that I still need to return these because I need something that works in unison with phone calls.

Now, i don't have to remove it and sometimes i forget that i'm wearing it coz for some reason it feels light when you clip it to your ear.

Everything else is perfect. Most comfortable buds ever. LAST thing is that they are not worth $300 though.

They were only drowned out in a loud boxing gym, which was a bummer because I got them for boxing. But every other place, they were good in sound and quality.
