    I was sold an opened box as a new. Found it a little weird that they threw it in the bag without letting me see it first. Get home and the headphones are all scratched.

    Music is good but phone conversations are horrible!!! Buds do not keep a charge as long as stated. I can have the left bud at 50% and the right at 10% about tondie. Both are charged/recharged and worn together. I have other Bose products and have been very happy with them with no issues. Very dissapointed and feel ripped off with these buds.

    Do not buy these Bose Open earbuds

    I got this Bose Open earbuds on Dec 15-2025, They stopped working on Jan 28-2026, I went to BestBuy in Odessa TX on 2/3/2026. After they checked my earbuds, they told me I have to pay $40 restocking fee or I have to file a claim on Bose Website. With these expensive earbuds you think you would use them for long time, the answer would be “NO” I only used them for 1 month and a half. I would not recommend anyone buying these Bose Open earbuds.

    Couldn't always hear a caller in every situation and they couldn't hear me. They are very comfortable though.

    These headphones are amazing for music listening. But these are probably the worst head phones i have owned to talk with. I had them replaced by bose but the new ones had the exact same issue. The person on the other end was barely able to hear me.

    [Employee of bestbuy] I use my earbuds for phone calls although the sound was good when properly positioned which was always difficult to get, the person on the other line can hear everything. Not worth the price tag

    This is definitely not for everyone. Honestly the phone call quality is terrible and music isn’t that great at all. Not worth the price tag at all

    I love the concept of being able to listen to music and hear the world around you. The item itself was light weight and stayed on while moving around but after a while of wearing it my ears would hurt. The item put alot of pressure in one spot hurting me . The audio wasnt too bad but using it for calls was a no go. There was constant complaints that the other person on the call couldnt hear me. I ended up returning it. For the price it wasnt worth it . I expected better.

    Great idea very but need work. Music sounds great but when it comes to taking you can barely here your conversation and you sound far away to the person yiu talking to. Non of the background noise is block out
