These are definitely the earbuds for you. For being an open earbud, they have really great sound and okay bass, but you should kinda expect that from open earbuds. I've had mine for a couple months and they still sound good, I would definitely recommend.

I’m not sure if it’s due to the microphone’s placement, but the person’s voice sounds distant when speaking. Despite this, the sound quality and comfort are some of the best I’ve tried. Without a doubt, it’s a good option if you prioritize sound quality.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call, so please ensure they are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

They have a great design but it also has some top notch quality which is expected from bose. And they delivered. I love how well it pairs with a variety of devices. I have a simple phone called a light phone and it connects. I have an 8 year old garmin watch and it connects. I love that it proveds great sound while also allowing you to hear the elements around you.

Horrible customer service

They're very comfy and they sound great but I lost one of the earbuds on campus, which was entirely my fault. When I contacted their support to try to purchase a replacement earbud they informed me that they are factory paired and it is impossible to purchase a replacement. The only option they gave me was to purchase a new one at full price. After some discussion they did offer me a one-time discount to purchase a new set. However the purchase price was based on their original MSRP not what I purchased it which would have still been more expensive than what I paid at Best buy. I recommend avoiding any earbuds like these if this is their standard protocol.

Call quality is what killed it for me. The design is almost perfect just need to be thinner. The hwawei ones ultimately were better with the same design.

They’re easy to slip on without the discomfort of most earpieces going into the ear canal. I brought the Bose charging case which is small and convient to carry around and keep your headphones charged the whole day.
