Good sound, bad - I mean very BAD call quality

If you are thinking about buying open earbuds with good sound quality, these will do the job... but this is where it stops! If you are planning to make calls or be in calls, answer calls, or anything that's relating to phone calls - this are horrendous. Doubly bad when you're out exercising. People on the other end can't hear you, the call volume is VERY low... long story short, ONLY get these if you plan on making ZERO calls. There are many more open earbuds on the market that do both great sound and great call quality.

They don’t fall out, they give you great sound and best of all there great because you don’t have any directly in your ears.

Sound cannot be beat. Easy to put on & not even feel like wearing anything. But it is the sound that is sesational.

Posted .Hi RoyRich, thank you for sharing your feedback. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are equipped with two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

It does stay in your ear securely. Whenever I'm riding or walking, the only downfall. Is the call quality when making and receiving a call? It's an issue. People cannot hear me and if they do, it sounds gargled.

Good for music not calls

But for my use case was not in my best interest to keep past the return window. I would consider purchasing again if the software included multi-point connection and additional colors to choose from.

This is done by putting both buds in the case, then pressing and holding the button on the back for 20 seconds with the case still open. Rebooting your mobile device may also help in strengthening the Bluetooth connection.
