The quality when trying to talk on the phone is terrible. Cuts in and out and sounds very far away for the person on the other end. Would not recommend at all and would return if I could.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds include two microphones in each earbud, and proper positioning plays a big role in how well they pick up your voice. If the microphones are blocked by hair, headwear, or if the earbuds aren’t clipped on securely, callers may hear you as distant or inconsistent.
Please ensure the microphones are unobstructed and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear, this can noticeably improve clarity during phone calls.

Buds do not keep a charge as long as stated. I can have the left bud at 50% and the right at 10% about tondie. Both are charged/recharged and worn together. I have other Bose products and have been very happy with them with no issues. Very dissapointed and feel ripped off with these buds.

After 3 weeks of trying to make them work, it was too late to return them. Everything else is okay but the call quality appears to be something a senior manager decided to ignore to push the product out. No way and engineer let this slide without being overridden. Price point vs comp at this quality level is not okay.

The item itself was light weight and stayed on while moving around but after a while of wearing it my ears would hurt. The item put alot of pressure in one spot hurting me . The audio wasnt too bad but using it for calls was a no go. There was constant complaints that the other person on the call couldnt hear me. I ended up returning it. For the price it wasnt worth it . I expected better.
