I recently purchased the Bose Ultra Open-Ear True Wireless Earbuds in black, and they exceeded my expectations. I got them for my wife as a christmas present. She has over the ear noise canceling headphones, but they work to well. As a result I frequently scared her because she would wear them while working from home. The sound quality is great in these and now she can hear around the house while listening to her music, podcasts and audio books. The battery life is great, the colors are nice and they are comfortable if you have smaller ears. Since getting shes only taken them out to sleep and recharge them.

If you have big ears like i do, i dont recommend. My girlfriend loves them, as she cant put anything in her ears. She loves the sound quality and the battery life. She is always wearing them and jamming out to her music.

Sound quality is great—just what you’d expect from Bose. They pair easily with both my computer and phone. Super comfortable too; I can wear them all day and barely notice them. Battery lasts a long time. The only minor issue is that some people say it’s a bit hard to hear me clearly during calls.

Great product, amazing battery and good quality and comfort.

It feels good on the ear and since it doesn't go inside it isn't uncomfortable to wear for a long time. The audio quality is also great, it might be due to it being open-ear but it has a nice spacial vibe to it.

They are comfortable, stays in place without falling off and the sound is awesome, and I love the bass. I am very happy with my Bose!!

I bought these Bose Ultra Open Earbuds in Desert Gold for my wife, and honestly, they turned out to be an awesome gift. The first thing that stands out is the look. The gold finish is really clean and elegant—it doesn’t even feel like typical tech. They look more like an accessory or piece of jewelry than earbuds, which she really liked. The clip-on design is also unique and stylish, and they stand out in a good way compared to standard earbuds. Sound-wise, they’re impressive—especially for open-ear earbuds. The audio feels full and immersive, and the spatial sound really adds depth to music. Even though they don’t block out the outside world, the sound still comes through clearly and feels premium. Bose’s open design lets you stay aware of your surroundings while still getting rich, private audio, which is a big plus for everyday use. She also mentioned how comfortable they are—lightweight enough to wear for long periods without any discomfort. Overall, this felt like a great purchase. Between the standout design and surprisingly strong sound quality, they feel premium and different from anything else out there. Definitely worth it if you want something that looks as good as it sounds.

I bought this for a gift to my father in law and he love it he is always on the go and it fit him perfectly for an open ear bud is comfortable and it doesn’t bother his ear like other in ear buds

Comfort is best ever. Typical Bose sound quality (I think Bose is generally best in the audio market, though some folks disagree). The open experience is a bit different. I find it to be fine but my wife probably would not. Used them while at the dog park and had great listening expeirience, no ear discomfort, buds were secure the entire time, and could hear ambient sound but was not distracted by it. If concerned about ambient noise being an issue, i would try them first. But, the extreme comfort and great sound overcome any other distractions for me.

After struggling with Apple AirPods constantly falling out, I switched to Bose earbuds and haven't looked back. The secure fit and comfort are a game-changer for me. One of my favorite features is the seamless device switching between my phone and computer – super convenient! While they don't have noise canceling, it's not a deal-breaker for my needs. An adjustable loop around the ear would be a nice improvement, but overall, I'm extremely happy with them. On the downside they're a bit pricey, but I'd definitely be looking out for a sale!

Definitely an upgrade to other competitors. It is an investment considering the price, but the sound quality and battery life is just different. These last way longer than 3 hours. I will say that these are anatomy dependent to the ear and can cause irritation if you're doing long runs (like me) or longer workouts. If sound quality is what you are looking for than this is it for you!

These are my second set of Bose headphones. I do a lot of business on my phone and wanted to be able to hear my surroundings since their other in ears have such good noise cancelling. These are light and comfy. Great sound quality and really good battery life. It does take a bit of practice for fitment

I've always had issues with earbuds hurting my ears, especially after more than a half hour or hour of use. I have another pair of Bose earbuds, and I also have some Samsung Galaxy Buds. But those have quickly become replaced with these. These are comfortable enough for several hours of use. I love these so much I ended up buying a 2nd pair to keep at work, which is where they really get the most use. At work, I have them paired with both my phone and my work laptop. These effortlessly flip between both devices. I can Spotify on the laptop and then answer a call coming in on my phone all effortlessly and without touching any settings. I also love that of someone comes in my office, I can easily still hear them without having to remove the earbuds first (I should clarify, I only use one side when at work, not both together). They also have fantastic range. I walked pretty far away from my work laptop to a completely different section of the office (past locked doors) before they dropped connection. Even though these aren't in the ear, they still do a good job of drowning out environmental noise. I've used these at my daughter's gymnastics gym and felt like I was in my own little world.

They sound good and dont hurt your ears. Wish the bass was better and they got loader

These headphones are amazingly comfortable and the battery lasts the entire work day, but that is where the compliments end. These headphones are HORRIBLE. When both headphones are in, the music is constantly un-synced. When you answer a phone call with them in, it cuts out the first 5 seconds of the call and the person on the other line won't be able to hear you. They will completely disconnect in the middle of a phone call. About once a day I have to reset them because they just stop connecting to my phone. Best Buy has amazing customer service and has replaced these headphones twice, but the problem has persisted in each pair I have received. I want to love these headphones because they're SO comfortable, but for $300, the amount of problems that come with them is not worth it.
