Only issue is phone calls aren’t great especially for whoever is on the other end

Sound blocks out the surrounding noise even though it is an open ear design. I haven’t used it on my run to see how well it stays in. Great on an airplane to drown out the other passengers.

Bose is a great brand. They were super easy to connect to my phone. They are comfortable to wear. I didn’t even notice they were on my ears once I put them in. It’s just the sound it doesn’t go loud enough for me. So would I recommend them to others yes or no. If you still need to hear others around you, but you wanna listen to your music these would be a good choice. Another downfall is when you were on the phone talking they can’t hardly hear you.

Due to their special design and open audio, you will hear your surroundings, as well as your music, so if you are in a particularly busy environment, it can become an issue. In these scenarios, a more traditionally in-ear earbud type could be preferable.

The quality is clear, I thought I’d have an issue with the sound, by the pods sitting on my ear lobe, and not in my ear, no issues AT ALL! I got LITERAL sores in my ear from the Apple iPods. I am a REAL FAN, of all BOSE products.

The sound quality is great (Bose sound is great). I was unsure about the open ear concept after using AirPods for years. The fit is comfortable for long hours of wear. However, I found it a little frustrating trying to get the earbuds to announce the calls. I would recommend buying the open earbuds.

These are comfortable and are like mini speakers for your ears. I thought others around her would hear them but you can’t. Sound quality is amazing! Well done!

Bought it right away.TBH i am not happy with it. Bose outwear neckband 5/5 got discontinued . Sound quality 3 doesn't sound like bose headphones or earbuds. Max volume is not enough. I can hardly listen to songs in crowded places. If ya calling someone they cant hear your voice sometimes you have to goto speaker mode. Tbh i am dissappointed i mean bose products are alway 5 out 5 but not this one and definitely not worth the money at all. Surely these looks different and many people's wpuld gona give it a try. Comfort is 5 out 5 Sound is 2.5 out of 5 .

By design, the open earbuds don’t block out the world or have noise canceling. Your experience will be different from what you are used to with in-ear earbuds that offer noise cancellation. The Ultra Open Earbuds do have an automatic volume control feature, accessible in the Bose Music app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back.

(Lost the first pair.) I usually wear them while walking and jogging, so the open ear immersive setting keeps me aware of my surroundings. Most other in-ear headphones don't fit my ear securely, if they stay in at all. These do! Add to it the dependable sound of Bose items and I have a winner. Love them!

So far I haven't found a reason to. Most days when I wore my other earbuds it's usually one so I can hear my surroundings but these offer me to wear both and they are a lot more comfortable without throwing off my equilibrium.

What I like best is the clip on design as I can have great quality sound without having something in my ear. They are also extremely comfortable and can wear them for hours.

This ones are perfect they don’t hurt and the sound quality is amazing. It’s great for the office as well. Phone call quality is ok, as long as there is not noice near by the other person can hear you perfectly. Over all one of the best purchases I have ever made 10/10 recommended

But if you do have piercings that run along your helix, this is not the earbuds for you. Cleans easily and is able to connect to 2 devices at the same time. The app is also easy to work
