Bought these 04/26/2026. Never dropped them, always used the case to charge. Right earbud just stopped charging mid run and hasn’t worked since. Left bud is fine, so it’s clearly a hardware fault on that one unit, not user error. Sound and comfort were good while it worked, but a $300 pair of earbuds shouldn’t die like this before the 3 month mark. Disappointing for the price.

They sound great and you'll forget you are wearing earbuds. Great when walking dogs... can still hear sound around me for safety!

They sound amazing perfect volume for me performance ok in a loud setting. Only gripe is talking may be hit or miss with certain folks . I’m normally not heard clearly when using these on the phone. Recommend for music, office setting or. Nice walk

Bose earbuds are comfortable to the ears and easy to adjust. They allows you to listen to your favorite songs and hear the world around, you as well as receive incoming and outgoing calls.

I got these for the wife and she cannot hear whenever someone calls. Quality for music/media is good but when it comes to calls definitely bad.

Love these earbuds. They are one of my favorite to use when running outside. Fits great and does fall out and is not too tight.

These have great sound and are extremely comfortable; however, it does not make up for the poor connectivity, the terrible microphone and high cost. Go for shokz instead.

I picked up a pair of Bose earbuds expecting premium performance across the board, especially at this price point. When it comes to listening to music, they’re actually pretty solid. The sound quality is clean, balanced, and what you’d expect from Bose. Bass isn’t overwhelming, mids are clear, and overall it’s an enjoyable listening experience. That said, the biggest issue, and honestly a deal breaker for me, is the call quality. While I can hear the other person perfectly fine, the microphone performance is extremely poor. Multiple people have told me I sound distant, muffled, or like I’m in a tunnel. In some cases, they could barely hear me at all. This happens consistently, not just in noisy environments but even in quiet settings. For a product in this price range, that’s unacceptable. If you’re only buying these for music, they’ll do the job. But if you plan to take calls, attend meetings, or use them for anything beyond listening, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Comfortable, to wear and it does not fall out of the ear

Based on some of the negative reviews posted about the product, I was a little hesitant about my purchase, but I am really glad I bought these earbuds. They have the same- if not better - BOSE sound quality that I am used to. They are awesome while I work out at the gym. Fit securely in my ears regardless if I am doing cardio or just weight lifting. I love the fact that I am still aware of my surroundings while listening to music. Perfect for me!

The sound quality is exceptional for what they are. Battery life is good, at least when you can get them to charge. If you are like me and work in or around dusty areas the charging case is complete trash, the prongs get stuck constantly and refuse to charge. I've had them for approximately 3 months, and love the headphones but sadly I can't use them because I can very very rarely get them to actually charge in the case. You can buy a new case, but that's another 100$ for just that when the only problem with the case is that it has ZERO dust resistance, calls on them are ok but sometimes the other party has a hard time hearing me. All in all I was extremely happy with them until the problems with the case. Without the case you can't do anything with them, so if it's not good than the headphones are useless.

A great balance between good sound and comfort. I like the unique clip on style. Once on you barely notice they are there. Because of the open styling, I can listen to music while still hearing everyone around me. You won’t get the absolute best quality sound from these but they strike the right balance between sound, comfort, convenience and unique styling.
