i bought these for my wife for Christmas and she LOVES them. She has been using them for about 4 months now and raves about how comfortable they are to wear. She cannot stand the earbuds that push into your ears and didn't want to go with an over the ear headset, so she found these on the best buy website and put it on her Christmas list... they were spendy BUT, worth every penny. They are amazing

I love these except the fact they hurt my ears like crazy. I was honestly looking for a pair of headphones to sleep in since I have awful insomnia and a certain playlist helps and I cant wear these for more than maybe an hour before my ears start to ache. Maybe its because I have fresh piercings but I thought this would be better for that since they wouldnt sit too close to them unlike my sony ear buds. These hurt enough that I might try the huawei ones. Not sure but unfortunately these are going back. They look nice but man they dont feel good at all. I have small ears too. The sound is not bad at all for open ears. I dudnt lovr it at first but it is good for open ears. Sound usually isnt the priority for this style anyway

[Employee of bestbuy] They get a little slippery if you get really sweaty, but other than that they sound awesome and last a full 8 hour shift. I can actually hear what everyone is saying to me.

Beautiful and very secure on your ears. Great for running outdoors.

Good. Limited controls (pretty much just a pause/play button). Limited app integration. Good for listening while you still want to be aware of your environment. This is an excellent product for that nice, but the product is somewhat niche.

Sound is fairly good, but not enough bass for me. The calls are also low.

Good a little volume would help. Very happy with the way they fit.

Firs perfect but call quality in not as good as i was hoping. I continue getting calls when people say they can't hear me very well.

It’s in ear with no discomfort, can still hear someone talk if need be but noise canceling as well, love the rose gold color

These are probably the worse bose device i ever bought! I recommend to stay away and just get something else the fit is nice but the quality of audio and calls is horrible!

These open ear headphones help your situational awareness. They sounds amazing but still allow you to hear what’s going on around you. Game changer for those who work out or run outside.

I wanted to love these earbuds but there was not a single thing that would let me keep them. The fit was poor for my ear size/shape. Poor fit means poor quality sound. The volume was inadequate and there was almost no bass. I purchased these for $199 and I still feel they are way overpriced. The battery life is short, no wireless charging and limited pinch controls. I’ve tried several different open ear style buds (Shokz OpenDots One and Two, Shokz OpenFit Pro and Anker AeroClip). All of these are better than the Bose Ultra Open. I’ve read and watched many positive reviews but the Bose are not for me.

Great for people who still want to be aware of their surroundings but also have clear audio. Love these things. Perfect for public especially if you’re a woman.

Nice deal, and price, my issue that I had was I was unable to talk with the Open Ear due to my ears are too large for the ability to talk and be heard. They are great for listening to music.
