[Employee of bestbuy] I bought these as a christmas gift for my mom because she has a hard time with regular ear buds hurting her ears and is not a fan of over the ear headphones either. These clip onto the side of your ear and dont sit down inside eliminating the uncomfortably she experiences with traditional buds. She will even forget she’s wearing them. She absolutely loves them.

These are so great for walking or riding bikes. It feels like you’re in a car listening to a stereo. You can carry on conversations while listening to music.

i've used these for a little while and the have been great and don't hurt your ear. they are not noise canceling ear phones

These are excellent Earbuds and have not lost them out of my ears. I had the other one but they kept falling out of my ears.

Great earbuds. I have trouble keeping regular earbuds in and I don’t have any problems with these. They don’t hurt my ears even after listening for hours.

Love these. The sound is great. I don't like having everything else blocked out with earbuds but these are the only pair I've tried where I don't feel I've sacrificed sound quality.

I waited too long to buy these; I am glad that I finally did. They are open ear, but also can be slid down to use more like traditional ear buds. They sound great and are really light on the ear.

I think that this is an amazing idea that Bose has come up with as far as design. However, the technology of the earbuds when it comes to talking on the phone is crap! it sounds like the person is far away, muffled, and there are even times that I cannot hear the person. I wanted to return these because for the money I feel like it should all flow!! Whether I am listening to music or speaking on the phone the sound quality should be considering the brand and again the money. Unfortunately Best Buy has a 15 day return policy (which is stupid) and I could not return this product, so now I am stuck with an expensive product that I don't want. I would have just purchased headphones or a speaker from this brand instead! I guess I expected so much more out of Bose!

Bought for work so that I could listen to music and still hear people. Works amazingly great sometimes I just wear one but even with both and you still have a conversation with someone.

These really didn't work for me. I couldn't get them to stay in my ears. The sound quality was fine though.

So so sound. Takes getting used to fit. My ears have never allowed comfort with any bud only head phones. Thought I'd try these. Guess I'm gonna have to invest in some Bose over the ear headphones.

They clip on to your ear so you don't have to worry about them falling off. The open factor makes it so you can hear around you and your ears can also breathe. And they're pretty stylish so it's almost an accessory. The sound quality is excellent as well. Had it for a month and I rarely need to charge it, battery life is great.

Here’s a shorter version: Good sound quality and very comfortable, but the right earbud completely stopped working after less than two years of minimal use. For a premium-priced Bose product, I expected much better durability. Really disappointing.
