I’ve been really impressed with the Bose Open-Ear True Wireless Open Earbuds. They’re incredibly easy to use, with a straightforward setup and intuitive controls that make everyday use effortless. The sound quality is excellent for open-ear earbuds—clear, balanced, and enjoyable while still letting you stay aware of your surroundings. Comfort is where these truly shine. I can wear them for an entire work shift and often forget I even have them on. They never feel heavy or irritating, which makes them perfect for long hours of use. There are a couple of downsides to be aware of. Because of the open-ear design, people around you can hear what you’re listening to, especially in quieter environments. Also, while calls sound good on my end, people on the other side sometimes have a hard time hearing me clearly. Overall, these are fantastic open-ear earbuds for comfort, ease of use, and sound quality—just keep in mind the sound leakage and call microphone limitations.

I like the audio quality but the only thing that bothers me is the ear bud is not that comfortable

This was a gift for my wife’s Birthday all i can say is she loved them when she opened them and now i cant get them out her ears. Also it was a good price.

The earbuds are great but the customer support is abysmal. They're very comfy and they sound great but I lost one of the earbuds on campus, which was entirely my fault. When I contacted their support to try to purchase a replacement earbud they informed me that they are factory paired and it is impossible to purchase a replacement. The only option they gave me was to purchase a new one at full price. After some discussion they did offer me a one-time discount to purchase a new set. However the purchase price was based on their original MSRP not what I purchased it which would have still been more expensive than what I paid at Best buy. I recommend avoiding any earbuds like these if this is their standard protocol.

The sound quality is incredible, I love the design, especially if you have small ears like me; however, it's a shame that the calls are terrible, people hear you badly and are far away.

Pair it with your your Soundbar and get the full surround Sound of what ever your watching.

The Bose Ultra Open-ear quality is excellent, providing incredible detail

I love the sound quality. They’re easy to slip on without the discomfort of most earpieces going into the ear canal. I brought the Bose charging case which is small and convient to carry around and keep your headphones charged the whole day.

I must confess I have a problem. I recently upgraded my previous model of Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds, to the newest edition. I was thinking about how much I love them, but I want to be able to hear the outside world. I immediately added these to my cart. I I love them. I was afraid that they might not be secure on my ears. They fit securely, I usually forget I have them on.

Was definitely excited to get my hands on these headphones. Great for work if you are a person that must communicate a lot throughout your day. Only downside I have seen is wearing these in extremely loud environments (gym). Since the earbud does not sit inside your ear and there is no noise cancellation function the earbuds are hard to hear even when turned to full volume.If you are a person that is not worried about noise cancellation these earbuds are for you. I had Apple AirPods Pros (2nd gen) before I purchased these headphones and I do prefer the Bose Ultra Opens especially with the equalizer function to tune your bass, mid, and treble. I know these headphones are brand new but the battery life is amazing.

Great sound quality and they fit perfectly on the ear. Really pleased and looking forward to future models.

Took a little getting used to but the sound is great either in stereo or immersion. The most I’ve ever paid for earbuds.I’m hoping that they last longer than most.

Look good and great ear buds for daily use, not so much for work environment. If ear plugs are worn no space for ear buds and if you can get them on with ear plugs they aren’t as effective.

The battery lasts a long time and it fits very well.

Definitely love the concept of these buds and works great with my type of lifestyle, however my issue would be connectivity. Once in a while my buds will have an issue connecting to my phone or will go out of sync with one another. Also, when speaking on the phone the person you are talking to has a hard time hearing, you’ll have to raise your voice in order for the other party to hear you. Other than that they’re great.

These are the best earbuds I have had in a long time. Have great sound and are able to hear the outside noise as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good pair of earbuds

I wprk in an enviroment where i can't always have noise canceling. These earbuds are perfect for awareness. They are incredibly comfortable you will forget they are even on. The only downside is the price. The software for the device is decent and you can have them paired to multiple devices at once, you just can't have dual audio streaming unfortunately.

[Employee of bestbuy] Really nice pair of earbuds. I think if we were judging it on quality of audio alone (Based on the Open Ear market) They would probably be one of the best... but that's it. My two biggest CONS: Comfort/Fit and Pairing Comfort wise they're not terrible... for the first few minutes. After prolonged use I have a numbing/irritable sensation around the area where I'm wearing them. I do find the area in my ear where they clipped to be numb even after I'm no longer using them, but not for long. Also the idea wasn't bad, like the audio quality they have is great but the method of attachment is questionable. I'm always readjusting so that I can get a better audio experience. And no, they wont fall off at least not for me. Pairing annoys me. Its been often that I've reached for one ear piece and then maybe a few minutes later I reach for the second to wear both and boom! audio out of one nothing out of the other. **A workaround? figured out that i have to open the case up after I put the second bud on so they can both sync up. A weird issue I've had is audio cutting off. Happens RARELY and for a split second so I haven't bothered with it. A very negligible issue for now. SO after all this do I still use them? YES. I just love the audio quality compared to my openrun pro's to much to leave them. I do find myself alternating between the two tho. If one dies cause I forgot to charge them I just grab the second pair.

These earbuds have been amazing. The sound quality is great! They never feel like they're going to fall off my ears, and I have tested them by shaking my head with force. I have had these for over a month now and haven't had to charge them once. Though, that could be because I mostly use them during my workouts and not all day long. Still great battery life!
