    Returned as they didn’t work with my TV. Box said made for MAC and IPhone; will work with Android. That's not totally true. It linked to my ZPhone but didn’t link to my TV. You need to identify this in the sales advert so I won't waste my time and money having to return them.

    the microphone quality for any kind of calls just isn’t there. the other person cannot hear you, and there’s no real fix.

    Horrible sound quality when taking calls. Okay sound quality with music. Had to turn it up to full volume. Can’t use it with one by itself like AirPods.

    I would use them and afterwards or even during usung them i felt as though i was going deaf and i felt dizzy as if i was getting sick. Not sure why, but i would’ve absolutely kept them if they didnt make me feel off. Would not recommend if you have super good ears like myself. That frequency was way too much!

    This is definitely not for everyone. Honestly the phone call quality is terrible and music isn’t that great at all. Not worth the price tag at all

    I love the concept of being able to listen to music and hear the world around you. The item itself was light weight and stayed on while moving around but after a while of wearing it my ears would hurt. The item put alot of pressure in one spot hurting me . The audio wasnt too bad but using it for calls was a no go. There was constant complaints that the other person on the call couldnt hear me. I ended up returning it. For the price it wasnt worth it . I expected better.

    Great idea very but need work. Music sounds great but when it comes to taking you can barely here your conversation and you sound far away to the person yiu talking to. Non of the background noise is block out

    Very comfortable to wear. The problem is the sound. Its very low, very hard to hear anything. And when on a call, nobody can hear you! I love Bose products, bit this one is a big miss!!

    Love the style on these! I have always struggled with having earpieces in my ear and these help me still enjoy wearing headphones but not closing off my ears.

    These have been nothing but issues since I got them. they worked for the first run and then have been cutting in and out and disconnecting from each other for minutes at a time. Now I am getting a not contacting all the pins in the case error. Sometimes i take the ear bud out of the case for or five times for them to connect. They wont charge randomly. Waste of money.

      The problems you described, audio cutting in and out, the earbuds disconnecting from each other, and the “not contacting all pins in the case” message, suggest that the earbuds may not be making proper contact with the charging case or that the system isn’t functioning as intended.       -Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case using a dry, soft cloth or cotton swab. Even a small amount of dust or residue can interfere with charging.

      -Make sure the earbuds are seated correctly in the case, you should feel a magnetic pull and see the charging LEDs activate.
