    Call quality is absolute trash. After 3 weeks of trying to make them work, it was too late to return them. Everything else is okay but the call quality appears to be something a senior manager decided to ignore to push the product out. No way and engineer let this slide without being overridden. Price point vs comp at this quality level is not okay.

    microphone quality is terrible. Most of the time it sounds like you are in a cave. Also, Bose has a 90 day return policy, Best Buy is 15 days (and bose will not honor 3rd party purchase.

Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.       Regarding returns, Bose offers a 90‑day return policy for purchases made directly through Bose. For items purchased through third‑party retailers such as Best Buy, their return policy applies, in this case, 15 days.     When you talk with other people they can hear you and they hear all the background noise. They are comfortable that’s about it.

    I wanted to love these ear buds but they just didn’t do it for me. You can hear everything else going on when you have them on. May work well for others.

    Initially they sounded great. The second time i used them they would go in an out of phase making it sound like i was in a tunnel. I’lm stick with my quiet comfort ultra headphones instead.

    I need someone to check the setting because the left one works sometimes and the right one does not work at all. I have been Store twice short Staff ...... help is not available. I will try the Store one more time.

    I bought this product at jersey city best buy store , when I buy it they said you get 3 months free YouTube subscription, but not received yet , it’s been a month now , I tried calling customer service but they did not help me . Not worth buying products from jersey city Best Buy , and I feel the staff at this location are not customer friendly .

    These earbuds are pure @$$. I could stand the fact that they don’t have noise cancellation because of the design. I got these solely because I loved how they looked. What I can’t abide is how they constantly unpair from my devices and how trash they are for phone calls (no one can hear me properly on this). Even with the discounts they have on these frequently, it’s still a questionable investment.

    Too short lived for the cost

    Don't waste your money. The right ear bud failed after 1 year 4 months, just outside of warranty and Bose was zero help. They had me reset them and they worked for another week then failed again. There are less expensive alternatives that will probably last as long or longer.
