Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. This problem can sometimes occur if the earbuds are not making a proper connection with the charging case. We recommend checking the charging pins inside the case to ensure they are all popped out and undamaged, as this can confirm whether the case itself is functioning correctly. Additionally, gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and case, and try using a different USB cable and power adapter to rule out charger issues.

As for the connection issues you mentioned, it is best to wait until the right earbud's battery level has been announced before you put the left earbud in. Lastly, you can store up to 6 devices in the earbuds' device list, however you can only connect and play audio from one device at a time. I hope this information is useful!
