    Cons- Phone calls sound like you’re in a wind tunnel and it’s difficult to hear even if you’re inside. If you play your music louder, people next to you can easily hear it. Pros - they are very comfortable and do not come off of your ears.

    Love how I do not have to take out my Earphones or use transparency mode which decreased my battery consumption on my other buds. so these are amazing and hardly notice they are on.

    Great earbuds, I dont have to worry about loosing them! I need to buy another pair , so that I can have a spare on hand when the battery needs charging. Sometimes I forget that I have them on!

    Couldn't always hear a caller in every situation and they couldn't hear me. They are very comfortable though.

    The sound quality is okay but the mic was really bad Even in indoors -- it wasn't able to pick up

    Excellent sound light they look nice BUT they stop working still connected to the phone but no sound on call or music you need so very annoying that you answer a call and no response im a samsung user i dont think this should be an issue still Bluetooth l....

    Iam having a lot of trouble putting this on and I have to hold it on my ear to hear the music but that's the only way I can hear the sound which is awesome

    I got this Bose Open earbuds on Dec 15-2025, They stopped working on Jan 28-2026, I went to BestBuy in Odessa TX on 2/3/2026. After they checked my earbuds, they told me I have to pay $40 restocking fee or I have to file a claim on Bose Website. With these expensive earbuds you think you would use them for long time, the answer would be “NO” I only used them for 1 month and a half. I would not recommend anyone buying these Bose Open earbuds.

    May Not Fit Large Ears

    It will not fit in my ears. Perhaps the rim of my ears are a bit thicker than average - but not by much. I felt like the buds will not sit correctly in my ears no matter how many times I repositioned them. Unfortunately, these buds only come in one size. So if your ears are a bit larger than average, you may run into the same issue as me. Due to this, the quality of the sound didn't sound to great to me (But I think if they sat in my ear correctly, it probably would've sounded better). I really hope that Bose can make these buds in a larger size - because I was really looking forward to owning them. I decided to return mine.

    After 3 months of use the battery died and did not charge anymore ,The sound quality is good but the environment has to be silent

    They are super convenient but Bose products for the ear NO Base!!!! As usual. When I think Bose I think clean, clear, and base. How they say substance!!! I want to hear every instrument

Don't forget that these earbuds come with an Equalizer built into the app. This allows you to fine-tune your sound, in order to achieve the bass, mid and treble output that you're looking for. To use the Equalizer, go to the Bose app, select your earbuds, then tap the "EQ" button in the lower-left corner. Or, within the "Sound" section of the Settings menu, select "Equalizer".     I would giveno stars if possible these worked great for the first couple of months bit now no one can hear me on phone calls and considering this is most of what I need and use them for they are completely useless and a great waste of money now I will have to fork out more money for another pair of earbuds that actually work

      Hi SamuelA, thank you for sharing your feedback. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are equipped with two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the person on the other end of the call. Please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.
