    Horrible sound quality when taking calls. Okay sound quality with music. Had to turn it up to full volume. Can’t use it with one by itself like AirPods.

    [Employee of bestbuy] I use my earbuds for phone calls although the sound was good when properly positioned which was always difficult to get, the person on the other line can hear everything. Not worth the price tag

    This is definitely not for everyone. Honestly the phone call quality is terrible and music isn’t that great at all. Not worth the price tag at all

    I love the concept of being able to listen to music and hear the world around you. The item itself was light weight and stayed on while moving around but after a while of wearing it my ears would hurt. The item put alot of pressure in one spot hurting me . The audio wasnt too bad but using it for calls was a no go. There was constant complaints that the other person on the call couldnt hear me. I ended up returning it. For the price it wasnt worth it . I expected better.

    Great idea very but need work. Music sounds great but when it comes to taking you can barely here your conversation and you sound far away to the person yiu talking to. Non of the background noise is block out

    Very comfortable to wear. The problem is the sound. Its very low, very hard to hear anything. And when on a call, nobody can hear you! I love Bose products, bit this one is a big miss!!

    These have been nothing but issues since I got them. they worked for the first run and then have been cutting in and out and disconnecting from each other for minutes at a time. Now I am getting a not contacting all the pins in the case error. Sometimes i take the ear bud out of the case for or five times for them to connect. They wont charge randomly. Waste of money.

      -Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case using a dry, soft cloth or cotton swab. Even a small amount of dust or residue can interfere with charging.

    microphone quality is terrible. Most of the time it sounds like you are in a cave. Also, Bose has a 90 day return policy, Best Buy is 15 days (and bose will not honor 3rd party purchase.

Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.       Regarding returns, Bose offers a 90‑day return policy for purchases made directly through Bose. For items purchased through third‑party retailers such as Best Buy, their return policy applies, in this case, 15 days.     Call quality is absolute trash. After 3 weeks of trying to make them work, it was too late to return them. Everything else is okay but the call quality appears to be something a senior manager decided to ignore to push the product out. No way and engineer let this slide without being overridden. Price point vs comp at this quality level is not okay.
