Posted .Happy to hear you like the sound quality of your Ultra Open Earbuds! If you're having trouble being heard on calls, one thing to check is that you're using the earbuds' latest firmware. The earbuds are updated wirelessly via the Bose app; the case is updated from a computer by going to btu.bose.com.
