  • Wearing and adjusting Bose Ultra Open Earbuds Hold the barrel-shaped part of the earbuds so the button is on top and the R (right) or L (left) marking is facing you. Adjust each earbud so that it sits on your ear at about a 45° angle. Place the rounded end of the L-shaped part in your ear, then wrap the barrel around your ear so the barrel rests behind your ear. The barrel of the earbud should not be in front of your ear and the button must not face downward. Also, the earbud should not be facing downwards or upwards as shown in the last two examples above.

    Scratching sound after few days of use

    Bought 2 pairs and both pairs ended up making a scratching noise after the first few days of use. Also didn’t last 10 hours even though it said 18. They would also just disconnect from my phone out of nowhere at random times. Don’t waste your money.

    I have always had good experiences with Bose products and own quite a few, so my review of these earbuds could be really good. However, these have been on back order for the last month and I have not had a chance to even try them out. I am giving Bose a 5 star review based on my past experiences, but reserve the right to change my rating if and when I finally get them

    The sound quality was great. The issue was that they disconnect after so long of inactivity and were a pain to reconnect.

    Very expensive with no basic features like find my buds. The buds are comfortable but easily fall off and no option to cancel out noise.

    There is not alot of gain to the volume. Most every device has to be ran full blast have decent and equal volume to the surrounding noise
