Good yet the price point is way too high for the Level of quality. The sound during a phone call is absolutely horrendous. The fitment I’ve grown accustomed to but still is less than functional during vigorous exercise. Battery life and change time is great.

      Hello,

By design, the Open Earbuds don’t block out the world or have noise cancelling, however, they do have an automatic volume control feature, accessible in the Bose app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back. But in very noisy environments where noise cancelling is helpful, traditional earbuds such as the QuietComfort Earbuds could be a better choice.

Hi Joshua! We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us, it truly helps us continue improving our products. We’re sorry to hear that the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds didn’t meet your expectations. That’s not the experience we want you to have.

Ultra Open Earbuds feature an innovative open‑ear design that combines all‑day comfort with rich, private sound delivered through our OpenAudio technology. Because they are designed to keep your ears open to the world, they do not include noise‑cancelling features and will naturally feel different from traditional in‑ear or over‑ear headphones. This open design is what allows you to enjoy your music while staying aware of your surroundings.

Comfort can vary from person to person, and sometimes a small adjustment can make a noticeable difference. You can try sliding the earbuds slightly up or down the outer part of your ear to find a position that feels more natural and improves sound balance. This can also help avoid pressure points or interference with jewelry.

For step‑by‑step guidance on wearing and adjusting your earbuds, you can follow our full guide here: https://bose.life/47yqhOs

If you’ve already tried adjusting your earbuds and you’re still experiencing discomfort or sound issues, our support team is ready to help you further, including troubleshooting the audio concerns you mentioned: https://bose.life/contactus

We hope these tips help improve your experience so you can get back to enjoying your earbuds more comfortably.

I bought these to be able to use as blue tooth while wearing my hearing aids, but, unfortunately the microphones on these are awful, and people i was trying to talk to on the phone couldn’t hear me. By the time I gave up on them, it was too late to return them, so I’m just out $300, and the earbuds are in the trash

For the price it should be not a struggle to switch between Bluetooth devices. I’m beyond frustrated and I e had these less than 3 days. I want to say it’s my weeks but these ear buds do not switch from my work computer to iPhone seamlessly. You have to go through an app and even then it doesn’t recognize my computer.

The concept is great, however they were constantly disconnecting to where you need the case to do a “hard reset” to get them to connect again. I couldn’t even get through 30 minutes without them messing up like that. I had to return them. Definitely not worth the frustration. It’s a known issue…which I didn’t know before I purchased.

Hi there, we appreciate your valuable feedback. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are designed to offer a great mix of comfort, sound quality, and innovative features. With multipoint connectivity, you can seamlessly connect to up to two devices via Bluetooth.

That said, Bluetooth disconnections can occasionally occur due to factors like signal interference, the distance between the earbuds and the connected device, or nearby electronics. These can impact performance depending on the environment.

If you’re open to giving them another shot or exploring other models, feel free to reach out, we’d be more than happy to help you find the perfect match for your needs.

Just like any TWS earbuds Bose been made in recent years, it's an interesting piece of industrial garbage. It's perfect set of sports earbuds with a perfect usage scenario when you sitting indoor under a quite atmosphere. Ah, no need to mention the small issues like no ANC, volume extremely low and not for people with big ears, those are harmless small problems that not worth mention.

Hey there, thanks for sharing your feedback. By design, Ultra Open earbuds do not block out the world or have noise cancellation. However, they do feature an automatic volume control feature which will help you hear music evenly as your environment changes around you. In addition, proprietary Bose OpenAudio technology allows the earbuds to play rich, immersive audio privately. The buds are designed to fit all; the light-as-air flex arm provides enough grip to keep the buds secure on any size ear. They're even designed to attach to a part of the ear that does not interfere with most glasses, hats, and piercings!

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are clearly an innovative new design from Bose. I can see this design's appeal for many people, but it's not for me. The earbuds come in a nice, compact case that boasts nearly 20hrs of charge time. The earbuds themselves will last about 4 hours with immersive audio on and about 6 hours with it off. I'm impressed with how the earbuds are placed in the charging case. Since these earbuds are flexible and longer shaped when stretched out, I was concerned I'd have to fiddle with putting them back in the case, but they slip in effortlessly and are held in place by strong magnets. There is also a USB-A to USB-C cable included in the box. I must say that the immersive audio versus regular stereo audio is pretty special. The immersive audio has a more concert/stadium like sound to it, despite being an open ear design. I would say that the sound quality is the best of any earbuds I have tried. Downloading and connecting the earbuds via the Bose app was effortless and worked first time. Bose achieved a great quality sound while still being truly open. In other words, while the music quality is exceptional, I could also hear everything going on around me as if the earbuds weren't even there. They truly are open air. However, these aren't for me. Frankly, it took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to put them in my ear. They do feel comfortable and once they are on you don't feel them hardly at all, but every time I try to put them on I end up having to fiddle around until I get it right. I also don't like the fact that others around me can hear the audio if in a quiet space. If there's even just a little bit of background noise I'm sure it won't be an issue, but in a very quiet area others will hear it if they are nearby.
