Understand what you are buying and you will love them. These are not audiophile grade headphones. If you are looking for noise cancellation heavy bass and high volumes these are not for you. These serve a purpose. For what they are the sound quality is quite good. I bought these for biking and for the office. They excel at the office. I use them for calls, as a headset for listening to music etc. I can have these on playing music and still hear people approach my office and speak to them and hear them no problem. They are discreet and not extremely noticable. They are light weight and very comfortable. I wear them for hours at a time. I walk around with these not playing anything and forget they are on which is nice. Just buy them for what they are for.

Bought for the sole reason of wearing while doing yard work and other outdoor activities. Sound is great, decent battery life and they stay in place. Have bought additional pairs for family members because they work so well.

Good wireless earbuds with a few glaring issues that hold them back from being great. The Good: Despite my initial fears, I love how these fit. I've never had issues with comfort. So much so that I no longer want to use the standard, in-ear earbuds. Having your ears free is so much nicer! They sound good! But with an asterisk... I'm not an audiophile, so I don't have the ear for different kinds of sound. But they are clear, no distortion, and I have no issue with how they sound. Physical control buttons! Touch panels are awful, so having physical buttons to use is great! They're the kind that you have to press and hold in different ways, but I'll take what I can get. I mostly use them for one-press play/pause. Easy to set up, and the app lets you set up the different audio modes easily. The Bad: Another app you're forced to use... Seriously, it gets tiring to have to download a new app for everything. The asterisk about sound? The default Stereo mode is not very good. Muted, dull, and not all that clear. Once you swap it to Immersive Audio, however, they pick up. Immersive Audio is a neat gimmick, but it's just that. A gimmick. I'm sure some people would like it, but I leave it on the motion one just for the better sound. The Ugly: That price is FAR too high for what these are! They're good, but nothing close to $300 good! Maybe $100, I'd argue you had something there. As much as I like the fit and think they sound good? No thank you. This is my second pair since my first decided to begin failing on me after a year of ownership. The case, for whatever reason, refused to charge if it was not being actively messed with. I'd only really use the left one, which is the one that would be dead the next day. Fully charged case and everything, but my bud would be dead unless I opened the lid, removed the bud, placed it back, and then it would charge. So... Good earbuds for way too much money, considering that these, like all wireless earbuds, are just rentals. You're going to scrap these in the future. Three batteries in these so ONE of them is going to give up one day. If you can get them at a massive discount, I'd recommend it. Do NOT pay full price.

They are amazing! They don't fall off the ear and are comfortable to wear and easy to move around your ear if you are wearing earrings or sunglasses. Highly recommend. Sound is A+

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G The quality on these earbuds that do not even seal your ear canal is very impressive. You can be aware of your surroundings while still being able to listen to whatever you need. The microphone is very good as well for phone calls. The best part for me is the comfortability. I can forget I have them on. I have never been able to sleep with earbuds and I was very happy I was able to do so with these. I tried the Sony’s earbuds and they felt very cheap compared to the Bose. I do not regret spending my money on these at all.

These are by far the best earbuds I've ever had. I hate using in ear as they irritate my ear constantly and always make you more prone to infections/are just plain annoying on the ear. It's a lot of wear as well to wear them all day. These on the other hand clip beautifully around your ear, sit just outside and the sound quality is amazing. Bose does it again. I wouldn't trade these for anything. The only thing I wish was that the case had wireless charging. That is the one thing missing and no one seems to have stock for the wireless charging accessory. Although considering the price, you'd think it'd just have wireless charging to begin with, it's 2024 after all. Still awesome earbuds.

Great sound and very comfortable. Has Great features on the app and fit nicely on my ear sometimes i fall asleep with them on

I wish I’d made this purchase a lot sooner. The quality is clear, I thought I’d have an issue with the sound, by the pods sitting on my ear lobe, and not in my ear, no issues AT ALL! I got LITERAL sores in my ear from the Apple iPods. I am a REAL FAN, of all BOSE products.

Comfort is best ever. Typical Bose sound quality (I think Bose is generally best in the audio market, though some folks disagree). The open experience is a bit different. I find it to be fine but my wife probably would not. Used them while at the dog park and had great listening expeirience, no ear discomfort, buds were secure the entire time, and could hear ambient sound but was not distracted by it. If concerned about ambient noise being an issue, i would try them first. But, the extreme comfort and great sound overcome any other distractions for me.

I love my new earbuds. I gave it a 4 stars only because of you are in a noisy place you really have to put the volume up to the max in prefer to hear. Besides that, they are a great pair of buds. They do not hurt my inner ear because they’re not in my inner ear like all other buds. I love the fit and feel of them and they sound great.

I was pleasantly surprised and shocked at how comfortable they are to wear and the sound quality is remarkable. After a few seconds I forget I’m wearing these earbuds. Others have commented on the lack of base and volume. In my experience if positioned correctly neither is true. I’ve used them to listen to Audiobooks, music and even movies and find them great. They are a little pricey but in my opinion well worth it, I would recommend Bose Ultra Open Earbuds in a heartbeat.

These were a gift for my wife. We got her all hooked up yesterday and she is very excited how comfortable these are and the sound is great. We will see how they hold up with repeated use.

Amazong sound quality. Extremely comfortable on the ears. If you dont have a lot of ear piercings these are perfect. If you have a lot these might not be the best for you.

I have been searching for a pair that stays in ny husbands ears for many years. I can’t believe that these work for him on so many levels. He can wear them on bike rides or walking the dog and still hear his surroundings while listening to a podcast. The battery is pretty incredible too.

I bought these to try something different. I'm a big AirPod user. Both Pro and Max. These are nice to not have my ears entirely contained or plugged. I was very pleasantly surprised with the sound quality. These are great to use when I'm around my family and still want to be involved with what's going on around us.

Love them, I suffer from ear fatigue and have issues with things going in my ear. I almost for get they are on and with my dark hair it makes them nearly invisible. The only con I think Being on after a full day wearing non stop can hurt your ear a bit but nothing compared to the ear fatigue I use to get using in ear head phones or even ear head phones

Nice sound and comfortable to wear all day. Battery lasts about as long as they claim.

They have excellent sound. I listen to my music aloud and I still listen very clear somebody's voice. The charge last for one week. Connectivity, is sometimes lost.
