But using for the newest iPhone wasn’t so great. There was no noise cancellation so anyone I talked to could hear all the noise I was doing around me.

Only draw back is if your in a loud environment it can be hard to hear when using the phone

I could never get them to rest properly on my ear. I was able to make them stay attached but the speakers never aligned to where I could here the music. I had to press on them to get the speaker close enough to my ear drum.

For better alignment, you might try rotating the earbuds slightly forward or backward, making sure the ear cuff is seated securely, adjusting them higher or lower on the ear, ensuring the speaker grille is directed toward the ear canal, and keeping hair or accessories from blocking the speaker area.

The design is what makes these truly amazing. These are the first earbuds that do not hurt my ears after 30 minutes. I also like that I can still hear my surroundings if the volume is adjusted appropriately to what is going on around me.

This is done by putting both buds in the case, then pressing and holding the button on the back for 20 seconds with the case still open. Rebooting your mobile device may also help in strengthening the Bluetooth connection. Im not sure if they were defective but the the Clips from Shokz were louder and better in sound. And when talking on the phone my wife could hear me much better with Shokz. I liked the look of the Bose more and they were a little more comfortable but they were more expensive and not as a great as the Shokz so I returned the Bose.

But it sounds great and loud enough to be able to be aware of your surroundings.

They are very comfortable and great for audio books. I love that they sit outside of your ear, however not great if what you’re looking for is noise cancellation. They are also not great for talking on the phone. But for music and audiobook these are excellent!

I know they obviously won't be to the level of a noise canceling headset, but the conolaints I got while on the phone with them forced a retun. With the price being that premium, I expected more from them.

They are very comfortable and work great for ky use csse. I like to listen to youtube videos while i wash dishes and this makes doing thst and carrying on a conversation easier. Definitely recommend.
