Great fit and Sound

My problem is when riding bike volume struggle to keep up with the wind noise plus when answering a call I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me.

Due to the buds' open-ear design, an excessive amount of wind noise can indeed make it hard for you to hear your audio content. As for the more serious problem of not being able to take calls, make sure your earbuds are using their latest firmware; version 4.0.22 was released last year to improve the customer's experience on calls. They don’t fall off!

I was skeptical at first, but they actually stay on! The only problems I have with them are that they did not work well on the airplane when there was a lot of ambient noise, and my ears start to hurt after a while from the pressure of wearing them sort of like wearing clip-on earrings. But if I only wear them for short periods of time I don’t have discomfort.

Not to mention Bose incredible sound system!!! Highly recommend them!

The volume for me is not loud enough. When I attempt to adjust the earbuds, they go back how they were and my volume goes back down. They might work better for others, but not as well for me.

Love them!! I have tried so many other earbuds, other companies, but nothing worked. Bose ultra open earbuds work perfectly, hardly can remember sometimes that they are on my ears. My ear canals are extremely small, it was very hard to find a product that would work for me, Bose did it. Finally I can go for walk or do any activities and be able to listen music!

While wearing earbuds and listening, you also can hear outside world, like if someone would call your name, you will hear and reply, at the same time they won’t hear your music. It is very convenient with kids - you are in control of what is going on while listening. I enjoy the 30 feet range - I don’t have to walk around the house holding the phone. I like the battery life - lasts me a while and recharging in the case is quick.

Unfortunately, using the app isn't an improvement on sound quality. Two stars because at this price point you'd expect an overall decent experience BUT the phone call quality is waaay below acceptable. JLABs at least inclue 2 Mic ENC on their epic open sports for less than half the price. I WOULD NOT recommend these to anyone expecting to make phone calls with them. Which these days, I'm sure almost anyone is expecting to take or make calls. Bose price point remains high but dont improve quality.

She has been using them for about 4 months now and raves about how comfortable they are to wear. She cannot stand the earbuds that push into your ears and didn't want to go with an over the ear headset, so she found these on the best buy website and put it on her Christmas list... they were spendy BUT, worth every penny. They are amazing

Poor sound volume

Very unique and advanced looking. Everything is a plus except for the sound volume which most young people perfer when wearing earbuds. I know those are open earbuds and they actually did a great job on the design but Im leaning towards volume and sound quality over anythig else when wearing them. Its sad but I think im returning them.
