The sound is great, should be a little louder but overall great. The con of this, making and receiving a call is terrible! Breaks up and the mic is extremely bad! People can barely hear me without me having to yell like im crazy. Bose dropped the ball on the Mic on these. R&D would’ve helped this product in various environments. Returning them back today. Hopefully the next wave is better and ill try again.

Almost perfect headphones

Downside is the speaker for the headphones is not good and does not pick up my voice. If they improved on that then this would be the best headphones out in my opinion.

A different way of hearing the world

The ability for the ear buds to not actively block outside noise is great. The only minir annoyance is thst the battery level between L and R is different. One will go to 90% before the other, but ultimately does not impact performance. Would recommend!

Game changer in open air conduction earbuds

I am a great fan of this kind of earbuds and I was aware of their limitations, open air or bone conduction. I was not convinced by the sound of the new open air Shokz, so I decided to give a try to the Bose, and my first impression was great. I am delighted with the sound and experience. It is really a game changer, and the recent firmware updates have improved a lot the sound and connection. Although I agree that the price is high, the results deserve the purchase.

Sounded great, but it definitely takes some getting use to, and practice, putting on. The sound quality also depends on how you put them in your ear. It's takes a minute to find the right spot.
