Returned as they didn’t work with my TV. Box said made for MAC and IPhone; will work with Android. That's not totally true. It linked to my ZPhone but didn’t link to my TV. You need to identify this in the sales advert so I won't waste my time and money having to return them.

I would use them and afterwards or even during usung them i felt as though i was going deaf and i felt dizzy as if i was getting sick. Not sure why, but i would’ve absolutely kept them if they didnt make me feel off. Would not recommend if you have super good ears like myself. That frequency was way too much!

Hi Danasiah, thank you for sharing your feedback on the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds. We’re glad to hear you appreciated aspects of the product, though we’re sorry to learn they didn’t feel comfortable for you. The earbuds are designed to let you enjoy your music while staying aware of your surroundings, keeping your ears open to hear the world around you while OpenAudio technology delivers rich, private sound.

At moderate listening volumes, they can deliver clear sound while helping reduce ear fatigue. We’d recommend adjusting the volume on your device to see if that improves comfort. Hope this helps!

For $300 these earbuds should be above Apple Airpod quality. The audio did not blow me out of the water. The call quality is terrible! I attempted to return them but was told I was past the window which might not even have been true. I'm so upset that I let an employee who most likely could have cared less tell me this was a good option. Do your own research.

Hi TaraS, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your first experience with the Ultra Open Earbuds didn’t reflect the level of performance we’re known for. These earbuds are designed to deliver an open ear listening experience that combines rich, immersive sound with all day comfort, and we want you to enjoy them at their full potential.

We also understand how frustrating it can be to run into challenges with a retailer’s return window. While store policies can differ, we never want you to feel stuck with a product that isn’t meeting your needs.

To help you get the most out of your earbuds, here are two quick guides that can make a noticeable difference in both audio and call clarity:

      Call Quality: https://bose.life/4rZicdq
      Audio Quality: https://bose.life/4aW1wOl

These steps often resolve performance issues and help unlock the signature Bose sound the Ultra Open Earbuds are designed to deliver.

Thank you again for your honest feedback, it genuinely helps us continue improving and supporting customers like you.

I really wanted to like them and keep them but returned it. My two cents. 1) It was not great for wearing longer times. Pain in the ear lopes. 2) Sound was audible to the persons nearby as a disturbing annoyance. I have the Bose frames that I use regularly, the sound from that was not nuisance to people around me.

Inside the box is the ear buds themselves, charging case, charging cable, and warranty/safety informational guide. There is a quick start guide (QR code) on the inside of the opening of the box and thankfully I noticed before the box was thrown in the recycle bin. First Impression - These wireless buds sport a unconventional shape, but an undeniably extraordinary sound. QR Code/Quick Start - The quick start guide is very helpful in giving a move vivid description of how to put the headphones on, updates the firmware, lets you customize the key bindings of the buttons and equalizer/sound controls. I definitely recommend downloading the app. Open Earbuds/Comfort - Right out of the box, the buds stunned and left an impression as I personally had never used wireless headphones with such a design, external and hanging from the edge of the ear. Though I was certainly skeptical, the design has a comfort I’d never expected. They also don’t move much, despite being held on by not but their own countered weight. Strange design aside, they were quite easy to get used to as they weigh nothing and feel like even less. If not for the music, you could easily forget the buds are there. Sound/Calls - The sound most certainly sets the bar for wireless headphones. There’s an immense amount of base, and despite the design they do block out quite a bit of external sound. So much in fact, half volume seems to be plenty, even perhaps too loud, which is a first for a fan of loud music like myself. Also vice versa the way the buds rest allow for you to listen to the area around while the music is low for some ambience or perhaps motivation on a jog. Calls are extremely clear, and the microphone seems to capture sound well. Battery Life - The battery life was not included on the box, but they seem to last around 10-12 hours from a full charge, and charge twice in their case. It took two days of listening before the buds finally indicated a low battery, and the charge was relatively short, maybe 10 or so minutes for the buds in the case and 20 for the case. The case lets you know the charge status of each bud with individual indicators, as well as an indicator for the case itself. The only issue I could find with the headphones, was a sort of glitch that disabled my ability to change the volume on my phone once the headphones were connected. Restarting the music streaming app I was using seemed to fix it, while be it temporary as it is a reoccurring thing, so it may just be the streaming app itself and not the headphones. They are also magnetic, which goes for most earbuds, but the magnet on these is quite strong and gave me a startle when I discovered pair of earrings I was not aware were also magnetic. Overall, I am highly impressed with the design, the sound and the comfort of these headphone and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Love these earbuds. Open ear so I can hear my surroundings and listen to my music too. One thing though, if you wear a mask it gets caught on the elastic when removing the mask. Just be aware that when removing mask it will get caught and thrown off your ear.

Hi AntoineB, thank you for sharing your thoughts. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly enhance call quality. If the microphones are blocked, it may result in poor sound for the person on the other end of the call. To ensure the best performance, please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on your ears.

You can find more detailed guidance in this helpful link: https://bose.life/3YvjYXe

Additionally, the bass can be adjusted through the Bose app. If you’d like assistance with that, here’s another helpful guide for you: https://bose.life/3LiaueX
