    Love how I do not have to take out my Earphones or use transparency mode which decreased my battery consumption on my other buds. so these are amazing and hardly notice they are on.

    They are super convenient but Bose products for the ear NO Base!!!! As usual. When I think Bose I think clean, clear, and base. How they say substance!!! I want to hear every instrument

      Hello Yolanda, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Ultra Open Earbuds' bass performance! Don't forget that these earbuds come with an Equalizer built into the app. This allows you to fine-tune your sound, in order to achieve the bass, mid and treble output that you're looking for. To use the Equalizer, go to the Bose app, select your earbuds, then tap the "EQ" button in the lower-left corner. Or, within the "Sound" section of the Settings menu, select "Equalizer".     Great earbuds, I dont have to worry about loosing them! I need to buy another pair , so that I can have a spare on hand when the battery needs charging. Sometimes I forget that I have them on!

    May Not Fit Large Ears

    It will not fit in my ears. Perhaps the rim of my ears are a bit thicker than average - but not by much. I felt like the buds will not sit correctly in my ears no matter how many times I repositioned them. Unfortunately, these buds only come in one size. So if your ears are a bit larger than average, you may run into the same issue as me. Due to this, the quality of the sound didn't sound to great to me (But I think if they sat in my ear correctly, it probably would've sounded better). I really hope that Bose can make these buds in a larger size - because I was really looking forward to owning them. I decided to return mine.

    Excellent sound light they look nice BUT they stop working still connected to the phone but no sound on call or music you need so very annoying that you answer a call and no response im a samsung user i dont think this should be an issue still Bluetooth l....

    I bought this product at jersey city best buy store , when I buy it they said you get 3 months free YouTube subscription, but not received yet , it’s been a month now , I tried calling customer service but they did not help me . Not worth buying products from jersey city Best Buy , and I feel the staff at this location are not customer friendly .

    Music is good but phone conversations are horrible!!! Buds do not keep a charge as long as stated. I can have the left bud at 50% and the right at 10% about tondie. Both are charged/recharged and worn together. I have other Bose products and have been very happy with them with no issues. Very dissapointed and feel ripped off with these buds.

    For Bose I expect much better. The quality when trying to talk on the phone is terrible. Cuts in and out and sounds very far away for the person on the other end. Would not recommend at all and would return if I could.

We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback about the call quality, especially the microphones cutting in and out and sounding far away to the person on the other end. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds include two microphones in each earbud, and proper positioning plays a big role in how well they pick up your voice. If the microphones are blocked by hair, headwear, or if the earbuds aren’t clipped on securely, callers may hear you as distant or inconsistent.

      Please ensure the microphones are unobstructed and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear, this can noticeably improve clarity during phone calls.

    This product had great reviews, however upon use did disappoint. Not only was the volume low, but it was not clear as well.
