One thing that can help the microphone to work as intended is to make sure nothing is covering the earbuds. If you are wearing headgear, such as hats, headbands or earmuffs, this could muffle the microphone, and as a result, could cause poor or low microphone performance.

It’s nice to have open air to hear the surrounding noise but when you’re in a loud environment hearing music or phone calls is very difficult. I wouldn’t buy these again

People cannot hear me clearly due to the lack of noise cancellation. However, the battery life is quite impressive, and the earbuds fit securely in the ears without falling out. Additionally, Amazon offers cases for these earbuds. My only concern is the poor call quality.

Scratching sound after few days of use

Also didn’t last 10 hours even though it said 18. They would also just disconnect from my phone out of nowhere at random times. Don’t waste your money.

I work on a tug so background noise can make it hard to hear while talking on the phone or listening to music. I have zero complaints for using around normal noise levels like shopping, or being around the house.
