Awesome headphones with great sound quality and range. The battery life lasts a very long time.

The best earbuds available in the market right now. The ability to have the best sound quality and be able to hear everything around you it’s something that only Bose can do. The bass is also a great feature. Definitely the best purchase I’ve made.

The earbuds are honestly amazing. I would give them a 5/5 IF they did well on audio while being on a call. They don’t do very well when it comes to being a microphone for a phone call which is its only negative thing. Besides that, they’re incredible earbuds. I love that I can work on things & listen to music or an audio book while also being aware of my surroundings. I get spooked very easily & sometimes that can be hard with regular noise canceling headphones/earbuds.

Nice set that does what the advertisements say. I needed a new set to replace an older wired set and did research into these as they do not go into the ear. I am able to hear anyone who is talking to me while using these for music and radio. Great for yard work entertainment - they really stay on your ears. I have a Bose Soundbar for my TV that has worked well so I was inclined to purchase another one of their products. These fit the bill.

The sound quality is quite good, but the microphone is the weak point of the device. I’m not sure if it’s due to the microphone’s placement, but the person’s voice sounds distant when speaking. Despite this, the sound quality and comfort are some of the best I’ve tried. Without a doubt, it’s a good option if you prioritize sound quality.

Returned the item. In a quiet environment they sound amazing and are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever used. Unfortunately when used around even a moderate amount of noise, the headphones get drowned out. At the gym, I had them at max volume and could barely hear them over the noises of the machines. They were unfortunately completely unusable in an outdoor environment as even the wind was making them hard to hear.

The earbuds are great but the customer support is abysmal. They're very comfy and they sound great but I lost one of the earbuds on campus, which was entirely my fault. When I contacted their support to try to purchase a replacement earbud they informed me that they are factory paired and it is impossible to purchase a replacement. The only option they gave me was to purchase a new one at full price. After some discussion they did offer me a one-time discount to purchase a new set. However the purchase price was based on their original MSRP not what I purchased it which would have still been more expensive than what I paid at Best buy. I recommend avoiding any earbuds like these if this is their standard protocol.

Comfortable, easy to sync, volume and sound quality is good.

Very comfotable earbud. Sound is fantastic. Connect to Bose soubdbar ultra and it creates a personal surround mode. The sound on personal surround sound mode is great and immersive. If you want noise canceling these are not for you. If you want great sound and comfort these are the ones.

These are the best earbuds I have had in a long time. Have great sound and are able to hear the outside noise as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good pair of earbuds

Sound is awesome just that you cant tell how much battery is left on the case. Also one right earphone in 90% left is 80$

The sound quality is exceptional for what they are. Battery life is good, at least when you can get them to charge. If you are like me and work in or around dusty areas the charging case is complete trash, the prongs get stuck constantly and refuse to charge. I've had them for approximately 3 months, and love the headphones but sadly I can't use them because I can very very rarely get them to actually charge in the case. You can buy a new case, but that's another 100$ for just that when the only problem with the case is that it has ZERO dust resistance, calls on them are ok but sometimes the other party has a hard time hearing me. All in all I was extremely happy with them until the problems with the case. Without the case you can't do anything with them, so if it's not good than the headphones are useless.

The ear bud quality is great. Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone has said they can hear me clearly. They don’t feel uncomfortable even when I’m wearing them all day for an 8+ hour shift. Battery life on the ear buds lasts the whole shift. The charging case itself, I’ve gone two days without charging it and it still charges my headphones. So far so good! Also if you buy it don’t forget to register the product on Bose’s website for the warranty/upgrades in the future.

These Bose are my absolute favorite open ear earbuds. They are super comfortable, have great sound quality, and are stable on my ears even while running. They don’t interfere with sunglasses. They are good enough to use on an airplane. However, they are expensive and the battery life is nowhere near that of others.

the sound quality is great and i love that they stay on my ears while doing yard work. I haven't figured out how to fix the sound for phone calls, people can't hear me. Once I figure that out these will be the best!

Great sound, not directly in the ear, but does hurt my ear where’s wraps around after a while. I wear one at a time so I switch them out.

I have been waiting for such design for awhile from Bose and finally it's here. Typical bose, it sounds clear, and loud enough for my workout. It felt comfortable. I can now pull my hoodie up and down without dropping them. The immersive aspect is quite cool. And don't expect too much on the bass with this design. I don't know how long I can get with the battery yet.
