I'm a heavy music listener and over the years have had issues with earbuds irritating me. I recommend turning off the immersion feature, in my opinion, it alters the audio. Battery life is pretty good too!

Wasn't sure what to make of these until I decided to stop reading the reviews and make a decision for myself. After purchasing a pair I'm very pleased with these. In ear buds are great but if you have to hear other people or noises around you at the same time can of course cut of the outside noises. These new Open ear buds give you the perfect balance of hearing both at the same time. I would highly recommend getting a pair for yourself and see how great these are. A game changer.

They are also good for walking as they don't make the thumping sound in your ear every time you take a step. Not very good when there is noise. Horrible on an airplane. I will say that they are very comfortable, I often forget I have them on.

Only draw back is if your in a loud environment it can be hard to hear when using the phone

But using for the newest iPhone wasn’t so great. There was no noise cancellation so anyone I talked to could hear all the noise I was doing around me.

This is done by putting both buds in the case, then pressing and holding the button on the back for 20 seconds with the case still open. Rebooting your mobile device may also help in strengthening the Bluetooth connection. The design is what makes these truly amazing. These are the first earbuds that do not hurt my ears after 30 minutes. I also like that I can still hear my surroundings if the volume is adjusted appropriately to what is going on around me.
