He highly suggest theae for others who don't want something really off in the ear canal. The sound quality is awesome when listening to music and the noise cancellation is spectacular!

Returning and getting Apple AirPods

Apple products only want to work well with Apple products. They do stay on my ear, super comfortable! But they disconnect every time, and when they die, no notification. They also suck when you’re outside, and trying to use them to talk on the phone. Majority of the time no one can hear you talking.

I am surprised you're having connectivity troubles though, and would recommend making sure you're not connecting to the LE (Low Energy) connection of the earbuds, there are other steps you can try here (https://bose.life/4byPsk5). You would think ear fatigue would be a thing but these are comfortable. They are also good with Zoom calls,great addition to my work from home job.
