I could never get them to rest properly on my ear. I was able to make them stay attached but the speakers never aligned to where I could here the music. I had to press on them to get the speaker close enough to my ear drum.

For better alignment, you might try rotating the earbuds slightly forward or backward, making sure the ear cuff is seated securely, adjusting them higher or lower on the ear, ensuring the speaker grille is directed toward the ear canal, and keeping hair or accessories from blocking the speaker area.

The engineered way to wear the earbud and the expected sound quality from a Bose product have been maintained. Bose has set a new standard that the rest of the earbud manufacturers will have a hard time trying to match or exceed. Bose got it very, very right.

Not very good on calls

But when I made a call with the ear buds. The person can barely hear me and my voice goes out in the call. I tried to call five different times still the same problem. So I just decide to return them because the microphone quality sounds like $10 gaming headset. overall if you want to buy this For style and sound go for it, but if you will make calls with the headphones, not so much luck i just wait for these to go on sale

The left earbud will not charge despite multiple troubleshooting recommendations from Best Buy, Bose, and the online forum. The electric prongs that charge the earbuds are small and frail and often get stuck in the down positions, resulting in no charging or mechanical issues that cannot be fixed. Opinion/Recommendation: DO NOT BUY. The original purchase price was 323, but now it's 229. This means inventory is too high, and realtors are adjusting due to poor performance sales and word-of-mouth opinions that aren't captured elsewhere. I bought Bose because I am a long-time customer. ( 2 x Bose mini sound link, sound bar, and earbuds). I'm moving on to Beats 2 based on online reviews. I didn't expect this issue within 30 days of owning the product, as this issue should have been resolved in testing/design.

I love that I can listen to what I want but I’m still able to hear things around me. These are also very comfortable on the ears. If your looking for noise cancellation these won’t due for you.
