The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

I like that they don’t go directly in your ear, and that you can listen to your music and people talking to you at the same time. I think the sound quality is great as well. Personally, I feel that you can’t go wrong with Bose. They are worth the cost.

With other products my ears end up sore, but this product has none of those problems. It’s very comfortable.

Wasnt for me

I have been accustomed to using the quietcomfort buds and using these made me realize that. They arent loud and they lack bass. If your environment is really loud, the buds are useless. If you turn up the volume, people can hear your audio. Needless to say, I don't work in an office so i returned them. Plus side, they are comfortable to wear.

Good Earbuds but not for Everyone

I also had weird connection issues especially when my phone was in my pocket. Would have kept them if they were more reasonably priced, but the connection issues and misfit for my ears, makes them not worth it for me.
