First the right ear shows 10-30% less than the left ear even though they both show 100% when I begin to listen. No one can hear me when they call. Also the sound is great if I hold the earbuds to my ear but move away when I release them. Then I can't hear the music well at all. Taking these back. Very disappointed.

Great sounding, but need work on phone audio.

My only problem is that the phone call audio is very poor. i was not able to hear the person I was talking to very well when using these. I have tried using these in both audio modes, but the results are the same.

The bad is the battery doesn’t last as long as other ear buds I have tried in the past and the case is flimsy.

I continue to have connectivity issues with my iphone and people on the other end of the calls complain about roaring and excessive background noise. If needing for streaming rhen best buy, not great for calls.

Great open ear but…
