I’m going to bestbuy now to figure it out, but if I get nothing out of this I recommend not buying this product. Besides that the battery life is great, stick in my ear pretty well but if your in a loud environment probably don’t buy this product.

Sore ears Had to return

They squeezed the cartilage of the ear which drove me crazy and after a few minutes made my ear sore. I kept wearing them and rotated one ear at a time for my meetings all day thinking I may have just needed to break them in, but both ears were just so sore. I liked that they stayed outside of the ear and the sound was amazing but I had to return because they were not comfortable for me. I tried them in different places by sliding them up and down the ear but that didn’t help.

They clip on ok but the sound seems to be muffled with how they fall in my ear. One of the buds doesn't seem to connect 100% of the time and I have to put it back in case and then try again. I have them linked to phone and computer, if computer is on and I want to use them with phone they won't connect. Haven't figured out how to correct this other than have computer off.

If your earbuds are sounding muffled, follow the guide here to make sure you're wearing them optimally: https://support.bose.com/s/article/ult-headphoneopn-wearing-and-adjusting-your-earbuds---ka08c000001brkkaai?language=en_US. As for the connection issues you mentioned, it is best to wait until the right earbud's battery level has been announced before you put the left earbud in. Lastly, you can store up to 6 devices in the earbuds' device list, however you can only connect and play audio from one device at a time. I hope this information is useful!
