My girlfriend loves them, as she cant put anything in her ears. She loves the sound quality and the battery life. She is always wearing them and jamming out to her music.

The sound quality is just okay and callers often say they either can't hear me well or I sound muffled. If your using it to just listen to music or your favorite podcast, then this is your choice...just don't make any important phone calls.

By design, the Open Earbuds don’t block out the world or have noise cancelling, so you can enjoy your music while staying open to the sounds of the world around you. They do have an automatic volume control feature, available in the Bose app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back. Hope this details helps!

I'm a heavy music listener and over the years have had issues with earbuds irritating me. I recommend turning off the immersion feature, in my opinion, it alters the audio. Battery life is pretty good too!

These allow you to hear your surroundings yet deliver the most amazing sound!!! Bose has done it again! They wrap around the ear easily and you can barely feel them.

But I must say when I first purchased the Ultra Open-Earbuds I was a little skeptical especially when I was having trouble placing them behind my ears. But after I got the hang of it (they are very light weight) I was a believer. As always with Bose the sound is great. These buds are so light I have to keep placing my hand to my ears to make sure they are still there. I wish they came in other colors.

First open ear type buds i've gotten and I love them. I still need noise cancelling buds for things like mowing, but these are great for exercise/daily headphones.

The earbuds should have a battery life when Immersive Audio Off: 7.5 hours and when it's off : 4.5 hours. Plus the case with 100% charge can provide a further 19.5 hours to these. Im not sure if they were defective but the the Clips from Shokz were louder and better in sound. And when talking on the phone my wife could hear me much better with Shokz. I liked the look of the Bose more and they were a little more comfortable but they were more expensive and not as a great as the Shokz so I returned the Bose.
