Great earbuds

If you work where you are allowed headphones and still need to be able to communicate these are the best pick. Transparency modes don’t really work with me and it almost amplifies the sound around you. These allow you to listen to your music and still converse so easily. Not the best call quality but that is not why I bought them. If I’m not wearing silencing headphones, these are in my ear! Also bought the lilac case for it and I recommend that as well! :)

Great sounding, but need work on phone audio.

My only problem is that the phone call audio is very poor. i was not able to hear the person I was talking to very well when using these. I have tried using these in both audio modes, but the results are the same.

It's great to see that you love the sound quality of the earbuds. I am surprised you've had trouble with phone calls, and I would recommend trying them with another phone to see if the same happens. I'd also suggest trying the steps here https://bose.life/3T7dNW2 that can help with the earbuds.

I exchanged the first set and the 2nd pair is the same way.
