not worth the money

However, the technology of the earbuds when it comes to talking on the phone is crap! it sounds like the person is far away, muffled, and there are even times that I cannot hear the person. I wanted to return these because for the money I feel like it should all flow!! Whether I am listening to music or speaking on the phone the sound quality should be considering the brand and again the money. Unfortunately Best Buy has a 15 day return policy (which is stupid) and I could not return this product, so now I am stuck with an expensive product that I don't want. I would have just purchased headphones or a speaker from this brand instead! I guess I expected so much more out of Bose!

They are perfect for me cause I don’t like over the ear and I get to many ear problems with in ear head sets. Only problem o see is that they are heavy and sometimes the they pull in my ear causing the audio so sound lower than it is.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have a battery life of up to 7 hours with Immersive Audio off, 4 hours with Immersive Audio on, and 3 hours when both Immersive Audio and Auto Volume are enabled. With a fully charged case, you can get up to 19.5 hours of use. Charging times are approximately 1 hour for the earbuds, 3 hours for the case, and a quick 10‑minute charge provides up to 2 hours of use.
Each earbud is equipped with two microphones, and proper positioning can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound for the listener on the other end, so please ensure they are not obstructed by headwear and are worn correctly. Immersive audio on these are second to none. The sound quality is pure Bose and second to none.

Now, i don't have to remove it and sometimes i forget that i'm wearing it coz for some reason it feels light when you clip it to your ear.

I’m never using any else, finally something that does not fall out of my ears I literally could be doing anything and my Bose stay in place! Thanks you Bose for creating this amazing product!!

Everything else is perfect. Most comfortable buds ever. LAST thing is that they are not worth $300 though.
