    too expensive for the sound quality, no fitment options, volume very low, you can't hear the phonecalls correctly on this earbuds.

      I am sorry to hear that you're disappointed of the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds.

      By design, these earbuds don’t block out the world or have noise cancelling, however they do have an automatic volume control feature, accessible in the Bose Music app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back. But in very noisy environments where noise cancelling is helpful, it is possible that you find the volume low for your music or during calls.

    Wont fit all ear sizes

    Depending on the shape and size of your ear, it may not fit. Bose dropped the ball on the design of these. When i push it in my ear it sounds okay, not their best work either. The sound i got was just mediocre.

    - Comfort of the ear is good -charging the device is fast - i cant hear the other person and vice versa when i am on a call.

    They was not compatible with my iPhone 15 when talking to family and friends always sounded like I was under water I wouldn’t suggest buying them if you have iPhone not for that price

    Receiving calls on thess ear buds is the worst experience i have ever had , they are horrible on call the other person on cant hear you as well as your self . But they are good on the music

    I've had several other types of Bose's ear buds and headphones and was always impressed. These sound like a drunk version of them the sound quality is way below what I have come fo expect from Bose a major waste of money. They are horrible.

    You put them on sale for $50 off the day after I bought them. When I called the agent jacked me around and would not take care of a refund.

    They dont block out road noise or any noises. They seem to amplify the noise and annoy people i talk to. I will be returning them for something with noise canceling.

While these earbuds don't sit in the ear canal, Bose's OpenAudio technology will guide deep, rich-quality audio into your ears, making for a highly satisfying experience. If you find you're not quite getting the sound you'd like, don't forget to try the Equalizer in the Bose app, which can be accessed from the main product screen. This will allow you to adjust the bass, mid and treble settings to your liking. Also remember to give the Immersive Audio settings a try; these take what you're hearing and place it in front of you, as if you're always in the music's sweet spot. "Still" mode is for if you're staying in one place, whereas "Motion" mode is for if you're moving around your environment. I hope this information is useful!     The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are very unique and innovative. I initially wasn't sure how to even wear them. Surprisingly they are comfortable, I never thought to have a design that wraps behind the ear lobe. I like how they are less likely to capture a lot of ear wax over time and need to be cleaned since they don't go into the ear canal. I've worn them for hours and haven't gotten any kind of ear fatigue. My kids even love wearing them and manage to keep them attached. I don't believe these are made for every situation. Since there isn't a good seal in the ear canal they aren't good for blocking out sound like when traveling in an airplane or out in the wind hence the “open” earbud. Think of it more like having your own personal boom box where you can still hear all the ambient sound around you but no one can hear your jams. I think this is good for outdoor activities where you need to hear for traffic and what not. These were awful for taking phone calls on. Even with adjusting placement the person sounded very far away. They could also barely hear me. I haven't had this issue with any of my other earbuds even other Bose. They worked ok for working out but I kept having the sensation that they were going to fall out. They didn't actually fall out but with enough sweat it seems like they might. When running I was worried the pounding steps would make them bounce on my ear lobes with most the weight being outside the ear but they didn't. Sound-wise they are Bose. I got a full spectrum of highs to lows. I loved watching movies with them. There's an Immersive setting that acts like a surround sound to me. These earbuds have a Still and Motion Immersive mode. Still is interesting but I'm not sure the use case. It makes the sound follow the source. So if you turn your head away the music is louder on the side closest to your device. The Motion setting allows you to move your head without changing the sound. Another feature is Auto Volume that will increase or lower the volume based on how much outside noise there is. Probably good for public transit. I think their battery life is great. I used them quite a bit and didn't have to worry about them running low or the case running low. The Bose Music app is super helpful explaining the product, changing settings, and instructing on wearing. With everything being touch these days I'm surprised Bose went with physical buttons but they work fine. Instead of things being one finger controllable you have to pinch the back body to depress the button. I guess I would recommend these. I'm very disappointed with the quality of phone calls but honestly I never use earbuds for that anyways so it doesn't effect me.

    Nope. Horrible. Ear fit sucks. My review is strictly based off design. It’s a Bose. But with stupid design. Trading them ASAP

    THE EAR PODS WERE NOT CONDUCIVE FOR ME. I COULD NOT MAKE CALL FROM THEM. NOR COULD TURNUP THE VOLUME. THEY WERE PAINFUL TO WEAR WITH MY EARIINGS.
