They’re high quality while providing the wearer the ability to hear all their surrroundings without all the wind and extra distortion that other brands cannot seem to cut out. Sound is decent, I don't care for how loud I have to have the volume to get decent sound, which is also if rough as at that volume, everyone around you can hear what you're listening too. Just a little disappointing.

Sound quality and comfy GREAT!

The sound quality is phenomenal and I do not have a problem with holding a conversation using them on phone calls! There a bit pricey but with Bose and the sound quality I didn’t mind paying the price. I own several Bose products and Bose stands alone in the quality of sound and listening to music!

But for me they caused pain and i couldn't get comfortable with them. I have extremely small ears so i think that was a factor

Not For Gym Use

Maybe it's my own fault...for medical reasons, not supposed to insert anything into my ear canal. know they're not built for volume, but with the ambient noise/music in a gym atmosphere, they are just way too quiet. It's a struggle to even listen to a podcast. The connectivity is also surprisingly bad. The left earbud cuts out somewhat frequently, and if you cover your ear for any reason (like wiping sweat), the sound is interrupted...very strange.
