  • Wearing and adjusting Bose Ultra Open Earbuds Hold the barrel-shaped part of the earbuds so the button is on top and the R (right) or L (left) marking is facing you. Adjust each earbud so that it sits on your ear at about a 45° angle. Place the rounded end of the L-shaped part in your ear, then wrap the barrel around your ear so the barrel rests behind your ear.     It works really well! It’s helps me a lot when I’m driving for Uber. With other products my ears end up sore, but this product has none of those problems. It’s very comfortable.

    Awesome pair of headphones. In my line of work I need to be alert while still enjoying my audio on my phone. These headphones are the full package. Sound quality is awesome. You can’t go wrong with Bose, and you can’t get a better deal from Best Buy.

    The biggest issues were sounding like i was in a small echoing room to anyone i talked to (whether bluetooth to ipad, laptop or phone) and limited volume. These were major factors in returning these.

      Hi BenjaminR, thank you for sharing your feedback. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly enhance call quality. If the microphones are blocked, it may result in poor sound for the person on the other end of the call. To ensure the best performance, please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on your ears.

    These headphones are by far the best headphones I’ve had. The base and quality of music is unmatched. Only thing, your ear will hurt for a little while till you get used to them then it’ll be fine.
