Bluetooth disconnections can happen for a variety of reasons, such as moving too far from the paired device (Bluetooth typically works within about 30 feet), interference from nearby devices like Wi‑Fi routers or microwaves, outdated drivers or firmware, or even power‑saving settings that limit performance. Pairing with multiple devices at once or rare hardware faults can also cause repeated drops. Environmental factors, such as crowded areas with many wireless signals, and mismatched Bluetooth versions may further contribute to connection issues.

      To improve stability, we recommend keeping devices close, updating firmware and software, disabling battery saver mode, disconnecting unused pairings, and restarting both devices to clear temporary glitches.     Too short of connection to the inner ear.

    The length of the ear pod to the under ear is too short. So I really could not get the sound I wanted into my ear.

    Could be an amazing product but definitely for specific users. Calls are so quiet and sound quality just isnt there for me. If you like this form factor i do recommend it. However, for my personal uses i was not impressed.

    Easily fits on the ear but voice quality was average. Not worth $300.

    I’m sorry. But Bose made a big mistake. I tried the set and found sound is moving between left and right devices without any reason. I can’t say this is a premium earbuds. Sorry BOSE

    I really wanted to like them and keep them but returned it. My two cents. 1) It was not great for wearing longer times. Pain in the ear lopes. 2) Sound was audible to the persons nearby as a disturbing annoyance. I have the Bose frames that I use regularly, the sound from that was not nuisance to people around me.

    Inside the box is the ear buds themselves, charging case, charging cable, and warranty/safety informational guide. There is a quick start guide (QR code) on the inside of the opening of the box and thankfully I noticed before the box was thrown in the recycle bin. First Impression - These wireless buds sport a unconventional shape, but an undeniably extraordinary sound. QR Code/Quick Start - The quick start guide is very helpful in giving a move vivid description of how to put the headphones on, updates the firmware, lets you customize the key bindings of the buttons and equalizer/sound controls. I definitely recommend downloading the app. Open Earbuds/Comfort - Right out of the box, the buds stunned and left an impression as I personally had never used wireless headphones with such a design, external and hanging from the edge of the ear. Though I was certainly skeptical, the design has a comfort I’d never expected. They also don’t move much, despite being held on by not but their own countered weight. Strange design aside, they were quite easy to get used to as they weigh nothing and feel like even less. If not for the music, you could easily forget the buds are there. Sound/Calls - The sound most certainly sets the bar for wireless headphones. There’s an immense amount of base, and despite the design they do block out quite a bit of external sound. So much in fact, half volume seems to be plenty, even perhaps too loud, which is a first for a fan of loud music like myself. Also vice versa the way the buds rest allow for you to listen to the area around while the music is low for some ambience or perhaps motivation on a jog. Calls are extremely clear, and the microphone seems to capture sound well. Battery Life - The battery life was not included on the box, but they seem to last around 10-12 hours from a full charge, and charge twice in their case. It took two days of listening before the buds finally indicated a low battery, and the charge was relatively short, maybe 10 or so minutes for the buds in the case and 20 for the case. The case lets you know the charge status of each bud with individual indicators, as well as an indicator for the case itself. The only issue I could find with the headphones, was a sort of glitch that disabled my ability to change the volume on my phone once the headphones were connected. Restarting the music streaming app I was using seemed to fix it, while be it temporary as it is a reoccurring thing, so it may just be the streaming app itself and not the headphones. They are also magnetic, which goes for most earbuds, but the magnet on these is quite strong and gave me a startle when I discovered pair of earrings I was not aware were also magnetic. Overall, I am highly impressed with the design, the sound and the comfort of these headphone and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

    Love these earbuds. Open ear so I can hear my surroundings and listen to my music too. One thing though, if you wear a mask it gets caught on the elastic when removing the mask. Just be aware that when removing mask it will get caught and thrown off your ear.

    The best purchase I could have made. I love these for when I’m at work or even just a run. I can still hear what’s going on what’s around me and still enjoy some good music.

    This is my 4th pair in 9 months and they still don't work, I've only been able to exchange them because I have a warranty this is the second time I've had to pay 66.00 for a two year warranty they have never worked unfortunately this time I have reached out to Bose to see if they can help me if not every 10 days I'll be exchanging them out My 1st purchase was 12/24 I was within my return policy so I returned them got busy and missed the return period so I was stuck with them or pay another 66.00 so I decided to wait hoping they may come out with a new generation of them then I would upgrade but after 8 mos with using them and no new generation insight I decided to pay the 2nd 66.00 to keep the warranty for another years hoping these would work but nope still sound muffled so l exchange them out for another new pair and they still don't work, so if Bose is not able to help me then Best Buy where I brought them from needs to figure something out or they will see me every 10 day returning these Bose ear buds if they dont work.

    Good for comfort and laying in bed bad for everything else. Mic is poor for calls in general unless in a completely quiet environment. I am hoping it can be fixed via update but not hopeful

    Review for my new Bose Ultra Ear Buds

    I was a bit skeptical due to fact that they don’t fit completely in your ear as my other bose ear buds did, but I have to admit that I’m very happy with these and the fact that I can still hear a bit even with them in my Ear.
