    May Not Fit Large Ears

    It will not fit in my ears. Perhaps the rim of my ears are a bit thicker than average - but not by much. I felt like the buds will not sit correctly in my ears no matter how many times I repositioned them. Unfortunately, these buds only come in one size. So if your ears are a bit larger than average, you may run into the same issue as me. Due to this, the quality of the sound didn't sound to great to me (But I think if they sat in my ear correctly, it probably would've sounded better). I really hope that Bose can make these buds in a larger size - because I was really looking forward to owning them. I decided to return mine.

    They are super convenient but Bose products for the ear NO Base!!!! As usual. When I think Bose I think clean, clear, and base. How they say substance!!! I want to hear every instrument

      Hello Yolanda, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Ultra Open Earbuds' bass performance! Don't forget that these earbuds come with an Equalizer built into the app. This allows you to fine-tune your sound, in order to achieve the bass, mid and treble output that you're looking for. To use the Equalizer, go to the Bose app, select your earbuds, then tap the "EQ" button in the lower-left corner. Or, within the "Sound" section of the Settings menu, select "Equalizer".     Returned as they didn’t work with my TV. Box said made for MAC and IPhone; will work with Android. That's not totally true. It linked to my ZPhone but didn’t link to my TV. You need to identify this in the sales advert so I won't waste my time and money having to return them.

    For $300 these earbuds should be above Apple Airpod quality. The audio did not blow me out of the water. The call quality is terrible! I attempted to return them but was told I was past the window which might not even have been true. I'm so upset that I let an employee who most likely could have cared less tell me this was a good option. Do your own research.

    Not even a week into wearing them and they were “flickering” in and out with the sound. They fit pretty comfy for my ears.

    These do not live up to expectations! Sound has very minimal bass to them. On phone calls the individuals that I was speaking to could not hear me at all.

      Hi AntoineB, thank you for sharing your thoughts. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds feature two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly enhance call quality. If the microphones are blocked, it may result in poor sound for the person on the other end of the call. To ensure the best performance, please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on your ears.

    Loved the Style but made me feel dizzy and deaf :(

    I would use them and afterwards or even during usung them i felt as though i was going deaf and i felt dizzy as if i was getting sick. Not sure why, but i would’ve absolutely kept them if they didnt make me feel off. Would not recommend if you have super good ears like myself. That frequency was way too much!

    Music is good but phone conversations are horrible!!! Buds do not keep a charge as long as stated. I can have the left bud at 50% and the right at 10% about tondie. Both are charged/recharged and worn together. I have other Bose products and have been very happy with them with no issues. Very dissapointed and feel ripped off with these buds.

    Can’t think of anything wrong with them. I really like how after hours of using them you forgot that you’re Wearing them. Probably calls are not the best, but I can live with it.
