Was really excited to purchase as the concept of the headphone was unique. I really disliked them the moment I tried them on. They didn't fit well, the sound was horrible.

Everything was bad. The only thing i liked about them was look. They were stiff, sounded ok as long as nothing was playing in the background. Call quality was the worse, it sounded like people were whispering. Bought them the day before my trip returned them as soon as i got to my destination. So yourself and wallet a favor and go with the OneDot Shokz. 10x betterand $100 less. Not to mention that the OneDot can be connected to 2 devices at the same time.

I am a long time Bose fan, and thought these Open Ear earbuds would be great for walking/exercise. While they were very light weight and comfortable. I could never find a position that provided even "decent" sound quality or volume. I returned them.

Although you enjoyed the comfort and feather-light grip of your Ultra Open Earbuds, I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to find the sound and volume you were looking for. I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Ultra Open Earbuds, given that you can hear some of your brother's music. The Ultra Open Earbuds feature Bose's OpenAudio technology, which directs rich, deep audio into the customer's ear canal while minimizing sound spillage in other directions. In most environments and at most listening levels, people around the user won’t hear anything. In a very quiet environment, others may hear that something is playing, but they shouldn't be able to hear any detail unless they get up close. If you suspect your brother's earbuds might be spilling too much sound, please contact our support team for further assistance: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. If they had been $100 they would have been okay but for $300 I did not like the experience the sound quality was not there they weren't that comfortable and on top of it if you had enough outdoor noise they were almost useless I'll stick to one ear bud in an ear instead

Just like any TWS earbuds Bose been made in recent years, it's an interesting piece of industrial garbage. It's perfect set of sports earbuds with a perfect usage scenario when you sitting indoor under a quite atmosphere. Ah, no need to mention the small issues like no ANC, volume extremely low and not for people with big ears, those are harmless small problems that not worth mention.

Hey there, thanks for sharing your feedback. By design, Ultra Open earbuds do not block out the world or have noise cancellation. However, they do feature an automatic volume control feature which will help you hear music evenly as your environment changes around you. In addition, proprietary Bose OpenAudio technology allows the earbuds to play rich, immersive audio privately. The buds are designed to fit all; the light-as-air flex arm provides enough grip to keep the buds secure on any size ear. They're even designed to attach to a part of the ear that does not interfere with most glasses, hats, and piercings!

They sit awkwardly on your ears. No amount of adjusting helped. This causes the sound to not properly get to your ear. The audio quality was that of something far cheaper. I usually love Bose products but they have seemed to gradually go down in quality with each new item.
