    Scratching sound after few days of use

    Bought 2 pairs and both pairs ended up making a scratching noise after the first few days of use. Also didn’t last 10 hours even though it said 18. They would also just disconnect from my phone out of nowhere at random times. Don’t waste your money.

    Phone calls were not clear to those you speak with, also the clip hurt my ear. I returned the item.

    Couldn't always hear a caller in every situation and they couldn't hear me. They are very comfortable though.

    Could be an amazing product but definitely for specific users. Calls are so quiet and sound quality just isnt there for me. If you like this form factor i do recommend it. However, for my personal uses i was not impressed.

    Great item for a mom who wants to listen to music or make calls but also hear my daughter in case anything! 4/5 because sometimes others have issues hearing me if I don’t have both on.

    I would giveno stars if possible these worked great for the first couple of months bit now no one can hear me on phone calls and considering this is most of what I need and use them for they are completely useless and a great waste of money now I will have to fork out more money for another pair of earbuds that actually work

      Hi SamuelA, thank you for sharing your feedback. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are equipped with two microphones in each earbud, and wearing them properly can greatly improve call quality. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the person on the other end of the call. Please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

    Very expensive with no basic features like find my buds. The buds are comfortable but easily fall off and no option to cancel out noise.

    Sounds is great for open earbuds but I always get people on the other side of the phone tell me they can barely hear me or that I sound far.

    I really wanted to love these headphones. I’m an AirPod user and they were uncomfortable with my new piercing so I was look for something that didn’t go in my ear. These are super comfortable and I can here things really well, but it’s really hard for people to hear me on my calls, so I had to return them

    The sound is good but when you answer a call you can barely the person who called. They are not worth $300. Bose has to do better
