Scratching sound after few days of use

Also didn’t last 10 hours even though it said 18. They would also just disconnect from my phone out of nowhere at random times. Don’t waste your money.

Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the person on the other end of the call. Please make sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

These are super comfortable and I can here things really well, but it’s really hard for people to hear me on my calls, so I had to return them
