Can't last a 6 hour flight. Connecting to phone is tricky everytime. Need to remove it so many times, put it back to the case, then put it back to my ear again. Anyway, this is just the first version - can't wait for them to make this one better.

Bluetooth dropouts, it could be due to interference, low battery, distance, or outdated software. Try staying within 10m, keeping devices charged, and updating firmware. Very pleased with the performance but like others wrote volume could be better. Both stereo and immersive.

I also love the fact that I can still hear my surroundings when I wear them—makes me feel much safer! The battery life is great, I have 0 complaints with these:)

Great for working out

The music and phone calls come in clearly, and you sound clear. They work wonders when working out at the gym. You don't have to deal with all the sliding or falling out.

Only gripe is talking may be hit or miss with certain folks . I’m normally not heard clearly when using these on the phone. Recommend for music, office setting or. Nice walk

They do not insert deep into the ear canal which I feel adds comfort but does not give you the full effect of the rich sound Bose can deliver.

Good for certain applications but not good in all scenarios.
