I'll keep it simple. For non-active situations these are some of the best earbuds you can get. They sound stunning. But if you do any movement walking level or above, they constantly disconnect. It's actually comical how much they disconnect.

The music is fire with these open ear buds and you can hear ur surroundings when the musics 75% w quality of the music . Phone calls arent as good when youre talking in the mic when its windy. In a quiet setting its clear from what ive heard from others when talking on the phone. I love how easy to clean these are too!

This are very confortable. Sound quality is good has some bass. Call quality is what killed it for me. The design is almost perfect just need to be thinner. The hwawei ones ultimately were better with the same design.

I gave this as a gift to my mother in law. She loves it. She always didn't like wired earphones and said some were too low in sound. She is hard of hearing. This is great for her hearing, has good sound quality and connection was easy on her phone.

The Bose Ultra Open earbuds were really nice. They were comfortable and didn't hurt my ears at all. They pinch onto your ear, very lightly--barely noticable. Immersive mode was really cool too, especially in dynamic mode where it sounds like the music if playing inside your head. 8D and binaural music lovers with love this! However, I don't think they were $300 nice. They didn't sound any better they my Galaxy Buds Live which also don't go into your ear canal. They also didn't have wireless charging like my Galaxy Buds. If I am awake, I am listening to music and they don't have a great battery life for constant listeners. In a nutshell, the Bose buds are really great headphones if you don't mind the price. I just didn't LOVE them that much.

These buds have great sound for an open ear pair of true wireless buds. They are the holy grail of comfort, sound, and the ability to hear surrounding noise. The one big drawback is that call quality is horrendous to the point of being un-useable. On runs, if I get a call, the person can’t hear me well at all and it’s impossible to hold a conversation. I’m really bummed by this as they do everything else extremely well. I like the controls being a button rather than touch, and comfort is just fantastic as they clip on your ears. Bose really dropped the ball on calls.

I'm very happy to hear you're enjoying the comfort and sound experience that the Ultra Open Earbuds have to offer. If the people you are calling are unable to hear you, I would recommend making sure each earbud is sitting on your ear at about 45°. It's also a good idea to remove any headgear, and make sure the microphone holes on the inner edges of the earbuds are not blocked. If the call issues persist, our customer support team will be happy to help you further: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. ...sometimes the connection isn't as seamless as it should be. Of course, it could be user error or that I used them across Apple and Android. Anyway, I've has a Bose Soundwear (neckband speaker) that I loved because it allowed me to have my music while being able to hear the environment around me. Sound familiar? These open earbuds are the evolution and so much better: 1. size, 2. sound isolation from others, 3. fit (the Soundwear would get in the way or fall off in certain situations). Bottom line: I now take these with me everywhere.

Really good sound quality, it’s not as quiet as I thought it was gonna be so that’s a good surprise. Only bad thing is for some reason at times it sounds like the right ear bud pops and the speaker sounds like it’s gonna blow out but then it goes back to normal after like 2-3 minures

These headphones are nice, the sound while listening to music is great. However—when phone calls come in the sound cuts in and out, the person on the other line can hear themselves speaking as if it’s echoing back to them. The volume goes up and down so they can’t really tell what you’re saying to them. The battery life in standard listening mode is approximately 7/8hrs and in immersive listening mode is approximately 2/3hrs. The case charges pretty fast and the headphones charge quickly too. For $300 headphones there shouldn’t be any sound issues so I wound up returning them.

Love these earbuds! They’re so sleek. Fit nicely around my ears, I think they’re pretty comfortable, great sound when not crackling. So far this is my second pair, 1st pair; crackling and popping noise when I adjusted it, I returned them for the white ones. Now the crackling is worse with my 2nd pair. It’s just terrible, sometimes it doesn’t crackle, but most of the time it’s almost every few mins for a couple of seconds. Also has like a Bluetooth glitch time to time, like it disconnects for a second and comes back on. I love these though, I can listen to music and still be aware of my surroundings. The whole reason why I wanted these but the crackling and popping noise, I’m not sure it’s entirely worth it. I am sad to be returning them once again.

I'm happy to hear you've been enjoying the design and fit of your Ultra Open Earbuds, as well as the audio quality!

If you're experiencing crackling sounds or occasional Bluetooth stability issues, try rebooting your connected mobile device, as that can help to restore a stable connection. Also, check whether these issues are occurring in all environments, or whether they seem to be specific to one environment. Our customer support team will also be happy to assist further, via the relevant troubleshooting: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US
